The hellion probably has a transformation mode. The head could be the driver's head after the hellion transforms itself somehow :/
There are shadows and highlighting which could lead one to believe there are goggles on the head portion but that might be me looking into it too far.
Smaller "front" wheels however and bigger back wheels are consistent with the current hellion model however. Maybe they fit it into the Lore by saying they dismantled the hellions and rebuilt mech suits with them? :/ I think transformation is more likely though.

Actually, I have changed my mind. They said in a past interview that they don't really like the hellion or marauder as units themselves. So they combined them. Seriously. Would be really cool tbh. A firebat probably with a longer and thinner range.

I want a zerg unit that behaves like the monster from the thing. Dont know how it would work in a RTS though. Just would be terrifying and cool.

I QUIT SC2 FOREVER, I mean how *dare* blizzard have the gall to show an unit from a race that is not the always UP ZERG?!?!?!
An unit for *terran* with no confirmation of any other changes an no idea what the unit does is just going to break the game! I mean I can see it already, terrans winning every tournament, all other races abolished, mules being buffed. This should be renamed terrancraft.

as someone mentioned it is slower but has more armor, thats plausible i think cause it got those shields on its arms

Maybe someone more skilled in photoshop could extract something better, I gave it a quick stab at adjusting the curves. It looks like I got a little more detail but not sure if it point to anything new.

I don't know why people are getting mad at this being a terran unit. Be glad that one of the NEW unit terran is getting is a reimagined Hellion. Protoss and Zerg have brand new units to look forward to.

I can't help but think that the upper arm on top of the unit is a repair arm. This would then be another way of repairing non bio units. Of course it could just be a gun of some kind. I do love the idea of a new unit because I assume Blizzard really thought it through before suggesting a new unit. I have full confidence in this being beneficial to the game. On a side note, I do think it could be a mech unit.

they mean that the terran campaign was the first now comes zerg and toss as the last one, they will reveal all t units then the zerg ones and then the toss ones

Yeah they could transform from a hellion into something firebat like. I don't see too many advantages to that unless they get more armor when they transform.
