A mix of every unit from terran of course! You have the hellion's flamethrower, a marauder's beefiness, a reaper's jetpack, a thor's figure, the transformation capabilities of the siege tank, and, in all likelihood, the overpoweredness of the marine (<-joking).

Reason for Terran unit first was that they decided to release them in campaign order so T->Z->P http://us.battle.net/sc2/en/forum/topic/3279043802?page=3 Defintly a hellion transform, not so sure it is two shields though; its right arm could be a weapon and not a shield.
