Well, you can still have it, but it doesn't make cloaked units any more visible.

Textures: Ultra Effects: Ultra Terrain: Medium (Optional) Models: High Unit Portraits: 3D (Personal Preference) Textures: Ultra - changes the detail of everything - you'll be able to spot the cloaked blur easier. Put on Ultra if you have a 1gb+ graphics card. Effects: Ultra - changes the detail of particle, ribbon, splat, explosions, dust, tread, and beams. I can't tell if cloaked units are easier to see, but I know that burrowed Roaches/Infestors are easier to spot with Effects on Ultra. The shadow/tread that appears when burrowed units move is larger, darker, and more noticeable when set to Ultra. Terrain: Medium - creep looks nicer, makes no difference to cloaked visibility; set to low or medium, whichever you prefer. Models: High - I believe this has to do with unit model animations - when set to low it uses the same animation for multiple units, like when a zealot or stalker warps it uses a generic warp animation. When on high, you can tell whether what kind of unit (zealot, stalker, sentry, etc) as it's warping, so make sure you set this to High. I don't recommend changing the simplifiedCloaking or simplifiedShaders in variables.txt, it can mess with the graphics and personally I don't think it looks any better.
