Moletrap has improved significantly. I would like to see him do a Artosis Moletrap casting duo. That would be seriously kick ass.

So this is how it ends for Artosis... I hope this day never comes.

I don't have anything against Moletrap as a person, but he just lacks analytical skills:S Todays and yesterdays GSTL was cringeworthy becouse he was just so off. If he just did like TB for example who KNOWS that he is bad at analyzing the game and just sticks to play by play it might be okay. But when he just fails with predictions that i could make time and time again it makes my wonder why he is still there.

I laughed everytime Moletrap said something and the players instantly did the opposite
Sadly that happened so many times during today broadcast (not only today though).

can just agree i generally dont like moletrap at all with wolf hes kinda ok, but i think doa has been the best Code A Caster would have rly liked him to stay at gom, after khaldor arrived he made some streams from european tournaments together with doa thoose have been awesome !
khaldor and moletrap is a total no-go

I actually followed moletrap's casting ever since the earliesh broodwar days, when he used to cast with the good old klazart. He has grown a lot as a caster. I remmeber back then his game knowledge was pretty poor at times. Klazart being the expert he is would be able to tell each player's strategy just based on their openings, without having to see their tech buildings, while moletrap would kind of comment as the game progresses. For example if protoss player is obviously making lots of goons, he would just say 'oh bisu is just massing dragoons. etc', and there was little in terms of analysis. Gradually he began casting games alone as his knowledge of the builds grow, and I began to like his casting. He improved more and more and was able to go into each player's game plan, builds, and motives, not just talking about what he sees on the map at the time. I actually like his voice, simply because he says things clearly, and with a good deal of emotions/ humour. It is based on this bw experience of moletrap that i began soughting out his casting in sc2.The only thing I found awkward when i actually saw him on gomtv's casting crew in person was just how short he was, which went against my imagined impression of him.

I am pretty sure that was NOT the case.

It is the case. Savior favoured the 3 hatch muta build, especially after a 12 hatch. he didn't need to see the spire to predict what was coming, because he knows the chances are that it wouldn't be lurkers. Iris favoured mass bio without tanks, so as soon as klazart sees an expand he can predict SK terran. Casters back in the day follow their favourite players, and hence know what builds based solely on openings. I wish people like you can stop nit-picking every 2nd sentence with no knowledge of what it was liek back in the days

I don't know, Moletrap always seems to focus on the wrong things... He seems so nice, but he just hasn't proven himself in my eyes. I like Wolfdor!
Zerg lategame is imbalanced as shit. Also: "Protoss is really strong recently. Perhaps, it's time for there to be some changes for Terran." -MMA. Even MMA asks for buffs. Srsly Blizzard. Srsly.

when I met him in September he was rude and seemed like a dickhead IRL to me

his casting had it's charm for me when he started but he's an auto mute for me now

I don't like the Khaldor + Moletrap combo, personally I don't like any non-analytical casters but if they team up with someone who is very analytical (e.g. TB & dApollo) it works. Neither Khaldor nor Moletrap are analytical enough for me, and when they make calls they are often way off.

TL;DR I'm happy the Korean VOD's get uploaded aswell.

I've never been a Moletrap fan, but as long as he is with a co-caster that I can enjoy it isn't too bad.
Khaldor is okay, he's not bad, but not one of the best, either. Together with Moletrap, though.... Sorry, no, I just can't get myself to enjoy their casting.
They are both talking a lot, and fast, and loud, but for the most part not with each other. They both seem focused on being the one doing the most talking, and are not really working together, not to mention that two play-by-play casters won't deliver the best insight.
Of course, not every caster duo can be like Tastosis. But a little more chemistry between the casters would improve things greatly, I think.
Maybe Moletrap is trying too hard to make a good impression because there are a lot of haters out there. And I guess Khaldor wants to prove himself because he's still the "new guy".
Also, Khaldor is still not too used to having a casting partner I guess, so sometimes he just won't pause his shouting to let his co-caster say something, too. Pretty sure that's going to improve, though

So far Moledor/Khaltrap isn't working for me, sadly. But that may just be personal taste. Watching too much Bitterdam may have spoiled me in terms of chemistry and entertainment factor (and general awesomeness)

Moletrap's not my favourite caster but he is definitely very skilled, no wonder GOM chose to keep him long term.

I have mixed feelings about having them all as long term.. Sometimes they really shine but more often it ends up in a big casting mess.

Moletrap is doing okay, he's definitely improved alot, i think he's a bit "Meh" as an analytical caster, but in play-by-play when you can hear some energy out of him its great, he sounds passionate about what he's doing. (Watch the CGW vids on youtube, they are awesome!)

That said, Him and khaldor together kinda hurts, im not a huge khaldor fan but i can usualyl put up with him, but when they're together it just seems like they dont like/respect each other very much, idk.
Moletrap seemed to have a similar problem with Doa like, 8months (More or less) ago, but just before doa left i felt they were doing great.

There is one thing I don't understand about him. He is casting for GOM for a long time and he has shown zero improvement as analytical skills. Seriously, for me this is just blasphemy. It's ok to be have no clue what he is talking about at first if he is paired with somebody that knows something, but he is casting for so long and he refuses to improve his skill level so he can say at least one thing that isn't obvious. I'm so pissed at such people. Listening to him is just a torture, last time i watched him it was Crank vs someone PvP and Crank went some strange build including 2 gateways + x2 chrono stalkers and he just said: standard build. I can never put up with something like that.
