I kinda realize that I need to trade Twilight now, since he's only got 2 matches to go, though I'm kinda torn on who I should trade him for. The only names that strike out at me right now are: Smart, CoCa, Shuttle or an early trade for SocceR(Wasn't too impressed with his series vs Vanvanth but will probably play often due to the small roster of F.United) -Huk is also an option but to be frank I just don't see him being played often if at all. Sorry
I'm also thinking about trading Alicia for PuMa but have a couple of apprehensions over it since: a) He's likely to be studied very well now, especially since TSL is playing SlayerS this week and I'm pretty sure they have a sniper at hand for him already(Personally, I suspect it's Alicia, though I have my doubts) b) He's flying back from NASL and TSL may elect to rest him
Would it also be a good idea to trade off Byun from my anti-team?
Any kind of input would be greatly appreciated.

That's kind of what I'm hoping. Puma just got a 3 kill last time and finished his NASL champ run. So TSL might let him sit out this one. My guess is after Revival they will use Smart, Clide, and Alive. This means PuMa could drop to 16-18 trade value after thisweek, and then TSL plays 2 weeks in a row on week 6 and 7 so maybe you'll have someone to trade for him for those 2 weeks when he's back to be TSL's ace again.
I wasn't too impressed by SocceR either, but 1 series isn't too representative. I think shuttle would get used pretty often, he did make the last round of code A qualifier, and Smart has done well in other smaller tournaments recently. They are not bad choices to swap twilight for.
I don't see Byun losing his first match, and he could very well take a second, trading Byun off your anti is probably a good idea.

I would do it. MVP will never win by more than 4-2 or 4-3. They just aren't very strong besides DRG. At the absolute most, you're looking at 4 + 4 + 4 points from MVP. And most likely, it will be something around 8 points in total. On the other hand, who is going to stop GuMiho from aking this week? Oz? I doubt he can beat GuMiho... which means fOu will get you 8 points in just this week... Of course if you make the trade and fOu doesn't 4-0, the trade will probably backfire. But it seems like it will be worth it to me. Yeah, the problem is that the schedule is bad for FOU after that, and FOU has a very low team value so I won't be able to trade them (or perhaps for FU ?) If FOU AK FXO, how much FOU's price will increase ? The schedule : FXOpen e-Sports vs Fou Our Utopia good chance of +8Fou Our Utopia vs ZeNEX the problem is here...FOU a little weak vs protoss, it could go very bad (but also go well)F.United vs Most Valuable Player Most Valuable Player vs Prime Fou Our Utopia vs StarTale Most Valuable Player vs Team SCV Life The tradevalue formula for teams are the same as for individual player: TradeValue = ( GamesLeft * Salary / 5 + 5/9 * Score ) * GamesLeft Currently fOu, - GL = 3, Score = 0, Salary = 4
- TradeValue = ( 3 * 4 / 5 + 5/9 * 0 ) 3
- TradeValue = 7.2
At the best case scenario where fOu 4-0 FXO, gaining 8pts, - GL=2, score=8, salary = 4
- TradeValue = ( 2 * 4 / 5 + 5/9 * 8 ) 2
- TradeValue = 12.09
fOu 4-0 -> 12.09 fOu 4-1 -> 9.87 fOu 4-2 -> 7.65 fOu 4-3 -> 5.43 fOu 3-4 -> 4.31 fOu 2-4 -> 3.20 fOu 1-4 -> 2.09 fOu 0-4 -> 0.98
Speaking of team trades, I am wondering if there's an optimal point where jumping off to F.United will be worthwhile. Since F.United is at an extremely cheap tradevalue of 5, it is theoretically possibly to jump from a reasonable team's last week straight to F.United after week 5. Sick answer (as always), thank you sir So without an all kill this will be a very defavorable trade, but I'll take it anyway.

Hey, so when do we work out who the lead-off players are?

SlayerS_Lotze v. TSL_RevivaL
ST_Sound v. ZeNEX_Byun
FXO_SLoG v. GuMihofOu

How crazy would it be to trade my team IM > Fou? IM is valued at 24.40 and Fou is 7.20 so at least it feels crazy :o
I probably will trade Hero > Lotze because Hero hasn't impressed me that much and his points are getting lower and lower. At least Lotze has the chance to surprise me.
Not sure if I should trade Puzzle > Byun. Byun will probably go down at some point and I feel Puzzle might be used then.
I already have GuMiho.
I also have the choice of trading Younhwa > Revival and Squirtle/Alicia > PuMa. I'm wondering if I should go for some of these trades?
Edit: Decided that IM > Fou trade is stupid. Fou has a bad schedule after that and most likely won't get many wins. IM with their points I still have the chance to trade fo FU is I want. Also IM is been winning too.

do not trade IM for fou as IM gets to play FXO on week 5!

Have Tester and Fruitdealer been added to ST roster in the fantasy league? Or do they still count as being on TSL. What happens if they play for ST?

They both are on ST so I think they are now just as any other ST player.

I really don't think you should trade Puzzle away, I'm sure he'll only get better and better; Byun has been playing pretty badly, too. I'd say keep YoungHwa, he's a great player that had a rather poor showing when he actually was played. I also find Revival rather overrated.
Myself, I'm really considering trading Alicia or Squirtle for Puma, but I'm not sure if it's wise to jump on the Puma train and sacrifice two solid players like that. It would also mean that I have two TSL players and no ST/Slayers players. It's possible that I choose to trade Happy away for someone on those teams, he hasn't been playing that well either, and I already have YoungHwa as my IM member (and captain).

That would be pretty bullshit IMO.
Need to keep some consistency throughout the season, especially since they've been untradable.

Lots and lotze are not the same player, lots is on slatted and is starting this week. Lotze is on prime and not playing this week. Not make the wrong trade if you are planning to get this guy.

What do you guys think of trading Alicia for Puma and Happy for TaeJa? I figured TaeJa might get to go up against Revival, and Squirtle might be a greater asset for ST than Alicia for Slayers. I'm pretty torn, though, both Alicia and Squirtle are players I'd like to keep, but Puma is such an obvious ace on a team with very few players that I just have to have him.

I am going to take a risk and put Jjakji in my anti, hope it pans out.
Also GuMihofOu AK?
Also trading for Fou, then to MVP next week.

I need to pick up someone for sculp..... so undecided, he was a huge bust....
I'm trying to decide between Soccer, Hero, Huk, or maybe Creator as to who could actually get played and get points. Help?
Picking an unknown Z that gets sent out on Crevasse and ends up playing against FXOz (arguably their best player who was sent out against ST_Curious, and succeeded) can only be considered a poor trade decision.... However, I'm in the same boat as you since I traded Tiger for Shuttle because I thought sculp would lose game 1 and a terran user would get sent out next for NSH and beast it up (since according to their team the T users are the best players on it). I picked the wrong T user... Now I kinda want to trade shuttle away even though I think he's a pretty damn good T user. How well is that team going to do against ST and the unexpected results of ZeNeX?
The only real option right now seems to be SlayerS_Lots. However he may be a player that was meant to snipe a strong TSL T user that gets sent out on Crossfire and only his TvT may be particularly good. But since TSL sent out Revival on such a Terran favored map they must have expected him to play ZvT... It seems like everything is going according to TSL's plans where SlayerS might be surprised that Lots doesn't have to play a TvT. Even though you have to say T has an advantage on Crossfire there must be an ace up Revival's sleeve. I'm seriously debating whether or not to put my hopes on Lots winning the match and getting a bump in trade value along with the possible 3 points.

Damn, don't get Taeja this week man. Lots is leading for Slayers and playing a TvZ on crossfire against Revival. He'll probably win. And with MMA/Ganzi/Ryung to choose from for T users Taeja is unlikely to see play. Trade for him after unless you only want the 1 bench point for SlayerS winning.
With that said trading for PuMa this week seems to be a bit early. If you didn't have him last week when he decimated Prime there isn't a big rush to get him for when he plays SlayerS. That team has always relied on sniping and good coaching decisions as well as the skill of the players. Nobody (aside from DRG) will ever see a 3-game streak against SlayerS because of this.
Well... it's unlikely anyways. Trying to pick a player that SlayerS won't be able to deal with is pretty difficult. PuMa is probably one of the players most likely to streak against SlayerS but I really don't think he can. It's probably best to wait until week 6 to try and get him (if you think he'll be needed vs FUnited).
