Your team must have at least 1 of each race, so you can't trade away your only Zerg for a different race.
Ah, yeah, that was it. Thanks.

MVP - DongRaeGu
Prime - Polt MarineKing
New Star HoSeo - (Sage) (Jjakji)
FXOpen -
F.United -
Based on the above information. My trade for week 4 is NaNiwa for YoDa, by reasoning YoDa is overvalued in points and he is on a team with only 3 games left. However, there's an substantial risk in that IM plays FXO this week and all-kill is a real possibility.
Other possibly good players are Polt and MarineKing, whom seems stuck in a team with very poor team-metagaming (but individually strong). Opposite of the Primes are HoSeo's Sage and Jjakji whom seems to be indivdually weak but has significantly overperformed as a team. They're also reasonable targets, since their remaining schedule seems to be one of the toughest in the league. Finally, the best trade may well be be TesteR, who is on a stacked (new) team. The danger of Tester is that the recent team switch may result in ST interested in testing out their newest weapons against ZeNEX this week.
Week 4-6 will be rough for those that followed my advice, and I apologize for the stress it will cause you. With a little effort and lots of luck, maybe we can all survive this with our fantasy scores in tack.

I just forgot all of what you said because my brain melted at "in tack".

Gumiho better all kill this time. 'Cause I'm postponing my Thorzain trade for him :S

Plausibly second, though, so it could actually be a reverse all-kill as long as FXO doesn't send out tgun as their lead-off. I think I have a pretty good idea of who I want to trade for whom, but we'll see once the lead-offs are announced.

Crap I can't trade for Gumiho, for just a 0.13 points diff with Younghwa. I'll just have to hope he doesn't get too many wins (which is not quite likely to happen).
|
Lol Prima, you made this hard for me I think Jjaki is a pretty bad player and won't be able to take points off any other team (possibly Zenex).
I'm really sad I can't afford Gumiho, I'm in the same boat as you Alda.
Might consider pulling a gamble off of and trading a big name player to afford him (and hope he AKs to get his trade value up).
|
Oh praise the lord, GuMiho leadoff! Hopefully he all-kills. Don't think anyone on FXO can beat him.
|
Even though he's my captain, can I trade or somehow get rid of Sheth because he's leaving?
|
Of the players on the nani/thor list, I think the 2 least likely to score points are jjakji and yoda. Problem is jjakji is NsHoSeos strongest terran. And I'm only saying yoda because he has so few games left. Man you guys are in a rough situation.
I think i'd rather hang on to Lyn than trade him for any players on that list. Moon you gotta probably trade for someone... just can't see who... maybe MKP or polt?
Good luck guys.

I'd easily say Revival wins, GuMiho all kill, Byun wins. :X edit: I am so regretting my last weeks GuMiho -> TheStc trade right now. I thought he'd get 3 points for sure so I can trade back for GuMiho. Now I have to trade GuineaPig for Gumiho, but that means I can't get GanZi. Blahhhhh. What is the chance FXO breaking GuMiho, I do already have fOu as my team so if he all kills I get +8 anyway, but that could be +18!! Something about my eggs and a basket I think. :< If I just did the PuMa trade instead of TheStc last week I could have GuMiho and PuMa already and can get 2 more trades on top of that >.<

My team is MVP right now, I'm envisaging to trade it for FOU, but it's still a 14 points for a 7 points trade :x Not sure if it's smart.

MVP will never win by more than 4-2 or 4-3. They just aren't very strong besides DRG. At the absolute most, you're looking at 4 + 4 + 4 points from MVP. And most likely, it will be something around 8 points in total.
On the other hand, who is going to stop GuMiho from aking this week? Oz? I doubt he can beat GuMiho... which means fOu will get you 8 points in just this week...
Of course if you make the trade and fOu doesn't 4-0, the trade will probably backfire. But it seems like it will be worth it to me.

Full disclosure: Team Prime Statistics performed terribly below expectations, despite all my statistics know-how. In my defense, I was just about to buy puma two weeks ago but didn't want to spent gumiho on him...
My trades this week:
San -> RevivaL
Sheth -> Lots This actually works well for me. One thing nice about trading for two competiting starters is that the trades are "free" - you lose two points in trade, but both players are guaranteed to play, against each other, and one is guaranteed to win: -2 x trade + 2x lineup pt - 1 lost pt + 2 win pt + 1 team win pt = + 2pt minimum bonus + any streak points I get for the winner. (strangely, I think I missed a -2pt deduct somewhere). Losing san as one of my aces kind of sucks, but I ran out of Z and needed to trade away Sheth, and I only lost about .5tradevalue in cap.
and NaNiwa -> Yoda on my antiteam, even though I think I will hate myself for missing out on Tester right now.

Seems like chasing down the team which plays FXOpen every is a sound strategy, you'll lost lots of cap, but the amount of points you get from a 4-2 or 4-1 is absolutely insane o.o

Oh definately. You would be near the top if you managed to trade ST --> ZeNEX --> HoSeo --> fOu just purely based on team point scoring. This is exactly how MrBorto is balling out of control. His player picks haven't been great but he has mastered the team trading system.
4 + 8 + 6 + 8 (most likely) = 26 points
|
Too bad we can't have use the same strategy for next season, it's be on GSTL fantasy draft guide #2 front and center .
The more I think about it, though, chasing double starters are becoming more and more appealing as guaranteed points. Will definitely do more research to make sure the arguments are sound (this time!).
