Is there a SC2 Config?

My background as a competitive CS1.6 player was that we had config.txt for our game play preferences. I recently moved over to play SC2 full time, and I'm wondering that, if there is something like 'config.txt' from 1.6 that allows players to store their settings, ie: mouse sens, scroll speed sense, health bars, keyboard binds, and the like.

This is because I want a consistent play over various PCs setups, mind you, using similar or the same hardware...

I think it may be irritating to set your sens to "54%" for mouse speed, "48%" for scroll speed, after every reformat or new setting of play....

tl;dr: Is there a feature or config that stores the player's settings(mouse speed, scroll speed, keyboard binds) in a single file and is easily transportable?

Copy your "Starcraft II" directory in your My Documents folder, it contains all the configs and replays.

I know for a fact that you can save custom keybindings to your account, and access them from any computer, but i'm not sure about the other things.

Set all the graphics to low, there's your config.

The file you are looking for is called "Variables.txt".

It should be located under your local MyDocuments directory if you are using Windows: c:\...\Documents\StarCraft II\

It contains variable settings like:
mousescrollspeed=25
mousesensitivity=0.666667

Mouse sensitivity seems to also be saved, as I don't recall doing the 51% trick on my new computer yet that's where it stands. Could just be a mistake on my part though.
