Yeah this is pretty big, 'metagame' is so overused (and misunderstood) anyway, but as a *verb* ouchh. In general I just don't think Gretorp is up to the job at all; he seems to stumble over his words/thoughts and when casting with someone like Diggity the difference is just painfully obvious. Changing the casters would make it much better and more professional.
Also, everyone's right about the t-shirt/jacket combo: it really doesn't work, especially with such dark jackets, either get different coloured jackets or start wearing shirts.
That said, it seems like it's all going alright, and the games at least are pretty good (though also I'm worried that there are simply way too many for spectators/players/even NASL production team!)

Dear NASL.
Please give the me option to view the VODs in a lower resolution than 1080p. Takes forever to buff. My connection is not the very very best, but I don't have to buff this long for f. ex Gomtv.

Probably been said before, but I think Gretorp and Incontrol need higher quality mics. Sort out the colour saturation and lastly turn on game music as the game feels actually kind of empty.
I'm really enjoying your tournament so far despite these problems, so if you can fix them it'll turn into a very nice tournament.

only issue i have is the volume fluctuation. i love the NASL and i think its amazing, but the one criticism i have is just that the volume gets louder and louder the louder the caster gets, making it hard to hear when speaking normally if i dont want to blow my speakers (exaggeration) when they get excited.
there should be some way for it to auto adjust, i think skype has a feature like that so i am sure it can be done.

My only real complaint is no scoreboard on the matches. Didn't really try find it so it might be in bottem or something. And really the screen is too bright.

Take care of the details:
- smoother transitions between recorded segments
- correct usage of the words game/set/match
- equalize the volumes of the casters
- not let the APM/income tab for too long when production tab is needed
- always display score overlay during games

I think both casters sound abit too formal when they speak. Im sure some people are liking this as it is more similar to like football and hockey.
But i really enjoy the more friendly banter tone in a starcraft 2 cast, a more relaxed way of interacting between each other. Obviously Artosis and Tasteless are veteran casters but i think its a thing to try and copy for NASL. Im sure Gretorp and iNcontrol will get more comfortable as the season goes on.

Gretorp really needs to stop emphasizing every other word. There's no flow to the sentences and it gets really annoying.
And the entire time I'm watching, it just seems he's sucking up to his employers. I mean c'mon, some games played were not remotely good and he needs to say so. He needs to put in some criticism. Don't say it was a great game when it clearly wasn't.

I didn't read the whole thread, so I'm not sure if someone mentioned it already but I'm really disappointed that you have to own a credit card for the season pass. That's just unfair und awful. I'm a German student, first of all credit cards aren't as common as in the US over here and to make things worse no bank here would ever give me a credit card based upon my (meagre) income and honestly I don't want one anyway. A paypal option would be great and it would definitely broaden your audience.

* I'd love to see some more music/videoclips/spiffy graphics/better studio. You never really get the feeling this is a "huge epic championship for lots of money". Things like displaying the selection screen and bad sound quality ads to this and makes it feel a little amateurish.
* Even though the video isn't the best, the website looks great and is easy to navigate.
* I really like InControl. He's a little rough around the edges, but I'm sure he'll become a great caster in time.

* In general, I'd like to see a little more honesty with the casting. I understand the need to be excited and hype things up (it's a good thing), but hearing the awful Cruncher/DF game getting called "unbeliavably amazing" or watching poor Rainbow getting raped by lag without anyone commenting on it, was just painful. Even Artosis just shakes his head at things that are plain bad.
But overall I'm really enjoying NASL.

As a Dane i'm really puzzled at the lack of credit card in seemingly every other European country other than Denmark. EVERYONE I know owns at least a Visa card.

Had that too. My roommate (we share GSL ticket too) owns a credit card so we tried it but it didn't work. I don't know what's the issue here.

Eliminate the slow intro quite a bit. Elminate the pauses between games or whatnot. Basically get things going faster, less pauses, wrap it up faster. Also start earlier in the night.

Considering that there's 36 pages and I've read 4, chances are my issue has been addressed. However, I would like to say that seeing the apm tab left open 7 minutes into a game is infuriating for any player who wishes to learn from their betters.
Otherwise, excellent job all around! Both Geoff and Andre have been awesome, and Diggity was much better than I ever expected. Thank you!

The lesson that I have learned from reading this is that people want American GSL. Not a terrible aspiration, to be honest.

I would really like them to make a highlight show about the games that happened that day (or week). Just a consise summary of the high points of the games and the end result. If someone really wanted to see the games they could then buy a pass. I think this would be great for people (like me) who can't catch every single game.

Make it live with a delay (up to 1hr) or cancel the show and put it straight on Youtube.
I'm dead serious. Live or myself and the majority of my friends won't care.

I am one of your biggest fans; however, I would like to point out a few things. Let me say first of all CONGRATULATIONS on all you have accomplished thus far! I understand it is not easy organizing what you have, and I think its the start of something great!
Gretorp and InControl are very skilled players and knowledgable in the ways of SC2; however, they are both very raw casters. I believe that bringing in 1 or maybe even 2 pro level casters like:
- Diggity
- Total Biscuit
- HD Starcraft
- Husky
- Ahnaris
anyone or two of these youtube commentators would make the world of difference for your show.
As for those other people complaining about sound, music, whatever,...I understand this is a new show and these things take some time to fall into place. Good work so far!

@ ppl whose credit cards are not working:
You need to call your CC security department and ask them to authorize payment to that site- it will then work.
**apparently there was fraud occuring (ppl using stolen cards) so they blocked the site. Once you ask them to lift it, it will be ok**
