D: Great job on these designs sir, I like the look of the chat channels ^^. However, if 'Input limit reached' couldn't be fixed after months, I'm not holding my breath for too many changes till HotS, if even then.

"Close all chat windows" button That is, assuming chat functionally remains the same in that a new window gets opened for every individual user who sends a message (which I hope it doesn't). Otherwise, absolute pure genius. I don't understand why Blizzard can't take a step back and spend an hour doing some dedicated GUI design reasoning. That's all it takes to realize the current design is garbage.

Most likely they would add some of these in HOTS and add that to their "reasons to buy this".

The Tournament / Event tab, in particular, is an amazing idea. Great work man, I can only hope that this gets recognized and given more attention. Blizzard needs to hire you ! :D

also, i think that in the match history, you should be able to directly see against whom you played, how long it took and which races were involved. races and names should be visible and the additional details when you hover with the mouse over a game and if you want the ingame data, you click on it =) also, in the game lobbies, give visual effects when choosing a race. right now it's just boring text (Terran, Zerg, Protoss & Random)

Yes blizzard is doing a great work. NO, this is clearly not enought : do you know any other game with such lag problem ? with no lan mode ? Why Bnet 2.0 is worst than Bnet 1.0 ? Blizzard is a great company, but they need to deserve this, Bnet 2.0 is NOT a great application.

Most of the major changes proposed are purely aesthetic (chat window being nice and big) and don't necessarily involve any new overhead behind the scenes, just rearranging. I'm not sure what you mean by more complicated. The interface is already needlessly complicated and most of the lag that already exists stems from that problem. Separate chat window instances for every message at the bottom of the screen clutter the UI, making any popular streamer's client lag when they attempt to scroll through to find the one message they're looking for. It's really bad.
