In the postgame it says even match and +12 point, with a +1 bonus... and I still have 7 points left in my pool (having had 8 before the match). I hope it's just a display bug. Because if I'm not getting all my ladder points I deserve (and as a middling player, badly need) I'm gonna be a sad panda. Is your system clock correct? You wouldn't happen to be one day in the future, would you? =)
HA! That was it.
I just built this computer in the last week. I guess everything else I was doing got me distracted.

I got some question to You couse i want to be sure i understood topic as i should. Last season i was 2267 Diamond with 75 bonus remaining.(72-40) Now i am http://sc2ranks.com/eu/2202329/NrSKsis
I am gaining like 20-21 points every game, and i am losing 2-3 points.
The question is: Is my MMR that high and i will need to make my MMR=Points, or is my MMR that low that everyone is favored.
Last season i was playing only vs 1500-1900 Masters and many Grandmasters ( even from first 20). I got ratio vs GM like 45% wins. I had only about 6-7 games vs Diamond in season 2.
This season i started vs 3 GM and won only once, then i won 1-2 GMs aswell. Other games vs high masters.

Your MMR is so high that your points are trying to catch up. It's your points which are compared to your opponent's MMR, and that determines the favored-unfavored stuff.

So when player at 500 points gaining 12-14 points for win, it mean his MMR is much more lower then mine ? As i have almost 500 aswell.

Generally yes, if that's a trend you notice. Your points will drift toward your MMR. As you are playing against harder opponents, your points will rise faster and leave behind that 500-point player.

No, points have no impact on promotion eligibility at all. When you get promoted, your points are reset anyway but you retain any bonus pool that you've spent.

Can you get promoted straight from bronze to gold? Very nice guide btw, I can now yell at my friends for not knowing how the system works!^^

You used to be able to, but now that doesn't really happen anymore.

I got promoted from plat S2 to masters in S3 on a new account. So I think its possible to get promoted and jump over a league, at least in season changes.
Always a nice read Excalibur. Thanks.

When i got promoted to Gold on a friend account:
Bronze > Silver > 1 game > Gold. So not straight even if result was the same.

That's only half bugged. The TW, US, LA, RU, and KR servers don't exist anymore (well they do but under different external names) so Shadowed never stopped them from accruing. If you look at the other servers: FEA, SEA, and EU, you'll see the correct values. The "half-bug" is that the NA+LA server, AM, is using the Season 2 values, so that should be fixed.
As for how to check, what I've been doing is just going to my division (and pretty much all divisions will have this) and looking for a player with 0 wins. Select him, go to the division he shares with you, and record his bonus pool from the top right. Right now the website is bugged for non-Master divisions and shows the Master accrual rate for all leagues, but you can get the accurate number in-game (or just multiply the website value by 0.58).

Something to add.
When you don't play a season, your MMR disappears and you're forced to start over again... So even if you were master season 1, if you didn't play season 2 (which I didn't) and come back to season 3 and expect things to be the same; you're dead wrong!
WELCOME TO PLATINUM.
Blizzard REALLY wants to fuck with people who aren't active (bonus pool and now this).

Wow, that's very interesting. I was not aware that this occurred, but it makes sense.
