How do you leap from I play a shitload of Starcraft to I'm a professional gamer?
LzGaMeR: There's a really big line from casual mass gamer and professional gamer-- Alot of players are more focused on winning ladder points for example then focusing on becoming overall good at the game, some players will be top of the ladder and 4 gate/cheese every game.. this will not get them to the next level of play becasue they are very 1 dimensional player.. jumping to the next level is the hard part.. It takes alot of time working on your flaws as a player rather thats micro/macro/builds/late game play etc and slowly grinding 1 fault after another till you are a well rounded player. I played scbw for competitively for years, I hit a TON of walls I remember hitting a wall of B rank on iccup.. and it took me a long time to pass that but once i did, It helped my play to where I was not just a B+ player but a A- player. Somtimes when you break the skill cap or wall You somtimes shatter it and go much further then you expect. I would focus on your biggest flaw in your game.. if you dont know what that is.. play 10 games and watch all the reps it will always show up.
