At that level I don't really think they're playing the game to see little men shooting each other anyway.

Similarly, in South Korea I am sure the sales of games rated 18+ is against some law but not the ownership or play of it. (I don't actually know but this would make sense since leenock can play the game and not be arrested for it and is allowed to play in the GSL) Do the players under 18 have to sign consent forms to be allowed to play the game or something? Or maybe their parents/gaurdians?

Also, weren't there some turmoil about the Korean government threatening to give the game higher ratings if blizzard didn't change the eula?

Stimpack did contribute to SC2 initially receiving its 18+ rating, but it is only one of the many reasons. So, for posts above asking if players like Leenock has to sign certain forms, he doesn't.

I think the WoL campaign played a big role in getting that 18+ rating. I believe the cutscenes may have been slightly modified for the 12+ version (not certain on this) and they toned down violence a bit in the multiplayer portion (black blood, etc.).
