Dear TL's viewer,
I had problems to find replays of starcraft pros. You can found few here or there but you have to spend time to find them.
I thought it was complicated to find, and watch them.
So I wanted you to discover, to have your opinion. I hope it will help few Starcraft 2 players here.

FEATURES :
- Quick and easy replay view.
- Replays from all the world : Korea, Europe, Russia, America.
- Possibility to add your own replays
- Possibility to watch added replays of your friends
- Database of hundreds of replays
- Regroup at least 90% of the skilled replays dispersed over the internet
- Properly used, this app allows you to select the replay you want to see

Due to the patch, the replay parser is no more working, i don't have the time to rewrite it.
The tool is not working anymore for new replays.

Let me know what you think, your ideas for improvements, I hope you'll like.
For now i'm using it for my personal trainning : Laddering , lose , go watch a replay, lose again, watch a replay again. It's very cool because you can search for replays of a special matchup and see strategies, just after patheticly losing because of your crappy strategy.
KNOWN ISSUES :
If you freeze in the "loading database" screen : + Show Spoiler +Try checking if your firewall don't block this program, sometimes it can take 1 minute before loading, if the server is satured. Start the program with administrator mode, can help in some cases.
Also it can be a temporarly server issue, it should be specified in this thread. This button should be used only when Starcraft 2 is not started. If you want automatic view of the replays , see "Need Help ?" button

Great programm! What replay base use this programm? Only sc2rep.com? WHat if add more replay sites?
- can you add search per leagues, game version, map, region-server?
- can you add winner requirement (like only zerg wins or only Protoss wins)
- can you add changable window size? Because it's too small, and what if I need to scroll to 29th page? Really, add changable size for window
- can you add question-windows, if I've downloading replay, that are already in my folder? Or maybe dont download it or overwrite
- will be good to see button "Download all (or checked) replays from this page (or checked replays (with options to check/uncheck all))"

This is a meta database from biggest existing replay-site on the web.
User can upload their replay too, it's a big mix to help the replay searcher to get access to a big replay database.
Existor : interesting ideas, i'll try to see what i can do.

the replay database is updated like 5min by 5min.
Replays site like sc2rep.com or sc2p.com add their replay by 5 or 6 in a row.
so you will surely found some replays who comming from the same site in a row.

Actually it will become more and more cool if people add their ladder replays etc.
Actually it's a 500replays database ( with aprox 497 pro replays )

So sick, using it now. It looks great.
Here is an improvement I can think of off the top of my head-
More advanced searching mechanism ie Player 1 vs Player 2 (specify two players), by matchup, by league, by who wins, etc

- compilation of this program is not easy.
- i don't have any computer with macOSX to compile+ test it.
Actually if you know someone who can help me and can compile it for me for Mac, let me know.

Search function is buggy though. I asked it to select Protoss mirror and it displays all protoss matchups. Also searched for sSKS and didn't get any results.
Would be cool if it could support wildcards or do partial matching for strings.
What did you use to make it btw?

Replay auto-updater is running since 10days, already 500replays. No one posted a sSKS for 10days, so i don't have one of him.

Wildcard is something like this:
~$ rm *.class
where * is the wildcard. All files which extension is .class will be deleted on that folder.
Edit:
maybe he asked for a feature where you could select the games from a certain team.
If you want to see replays from all Prime members, you would search something along the lines *Prime, where the asterisk is the wild card.

Yes, so something like:
ogs* - would list all replays from ogs players, *sSKS would find any tester's replays regardless of what clan he's in.

but i know that replays in sc2.replays.net are very very similar to a mix between sc2p.com and sc2rep.com
But i will think about it when i have time ^^
Edit : hybermass , maybe in future, now search fonction is somewhat fonctionnal , i will try to focus on others crappy things that remain.

Great program, I like it
It already seems to do partial search matches, without using wildcards. Try it by just typing Prime into the search box and it comes back with anything including Prime, games from CheckPrime, HongUnPrime, etc.
The issue with the Protoss matchups mentioned above is because the first search dropdown overrides the second one. So if you choose 'Show only Protoss matchups' and also 'Protoss mirror', the second box is ignored and all Protoss matches are displayed.
If you want to see a specific matchup only, choose it in the second dropdown and make sure the first one is set to 'Any race', then it works

- caching; loading the replay list takes about 1-2 sec, also, images should be cached
- technical documentation: how are the replays gathered (central server, replay gathering, etc?)

Suggestion : Can you allow for the window to be maximized or at least increased in size in a future update please? It'd be nicer if I could get more replays per page instead of 10 per 40 pages.

I wish the window went fullscreen so I could view more than 10replays on a page! Also, maybe have the translations for fruitdealer, boxer and other famous korean names.

I don't know if anyone else mentioned.
It would probably be useful to display the Replay Starcraft 2 patch version the replay has been recorded in.
Or probably also add a filter so that only the SC2 replays with newest patch are being displayed.

this is an awesome little app, i'm really loving it, its fairly easy to use and i i'm am going to be using it multiple times a day.
my suggestions are more for personal taste, but they are just little extra things that would be cool
- ahave the replay pop-up when you click it in the list, so once your finished downloading, instead of clicking the back to replays list, you can just exit the screen.
- add a couple more replay sites, it would be awesome if we had a almost complete database of all the pro replays in a quick and handy app.
though i'm def adding this to my must use list, its one of the easiest and best apps around.
autally on another forum i complained that we don't have a mass uploader for replays, but i guess we do now

All that's missing is a back feature.
For example: When you search for replays. Click on the DL button it takes you to the replay page, no way to go back to that search without retyping/selecting your options. (Clicking the + button)

I have some tips for you if you need :
In the right top-search bar : "ZvT" , "ZvP" , "ZvZ" , "TvZ" , "TvP" , "TvT" , "PvT" , "PvZ" and "PvP"
is working.
Same search bar : "protoss" , "zerg" , "terran" is working too for diplaying only replay with your race in.
You search a special matchup on a special match :
- Click "search" button in the left menu bar
- Enter initals of your map in the text field ( exemple "SW" , "LT" )
- Choose the matchup in select field.
- Search
Yes , i will improve the search fonction, i need to know what you guys want to be able to search for.
( I'm thinking on event/league search and Server sort atm )

Awesome app. Reminds me of that time iNcontrol said on State off the Game that he'd watch 10x more replays if he could do it in just a click vs. having to go to a website, browse, DL, transfer file to sc2 replays folder, start up sc2, and then watch.

If your computer is normally securised, even this programm simply CAN'T acess your Bnet password. Be such suspicious when you don't know basics things is .... bad. ( try change your password imo ).

This is amazing. I`ve never been one to watch pro replays due to the hazzle involved in downloading them, but with this program combined with sc2gears, I`ve gotten a really great setup, that allows for easy and useful analysis. Thanks dude.

any coder can build a program with a key logger in it, so im a lil bit suspicious when it comes to "just trust me, it has no trojans"
especially since the program has to access internet, its suited for any kind of trojan/keylogger/virus etc.

Avast + Norton say it is a safe programm. You can't prove something 100%.
You can't even say if windows do not record all your personal data, it's not open source.
Maybe even starcraft 2 steal some of your personal data.
So yeah it's a safe program. It is confirmed by avast and norton.

with a REAL fonction, you beleive this can be virused or smthg ? I code for other people , but then i give them virus ?

u can prove its not a virus by making it opensource, since u dont want to make it opensource u cant expect people to trust u because u say "its safe, look at the 250ppl / day!"
also, if u code a custom virus/trojan etc. there is almost no way it can be detected by any antivirus program, thats why im a bit hesitant to use it.
if u can code a program like this, u can 100% certainly code a custom virus.
make it opensource or else u have to deal with ppl who have become carefull/aware of these situations because of well.. the times where shit actually happened. (there are ALOT of cases of hacked accounts, rootkits, custom spyware/viruses etc, its not a wild unlogical idea)

dvide : what you mean by version numbers ? when i do fix some bug etc ( most of the time ) , you user, don't need to download anything, everything work by the server. By it , i can barely say ( i think ) that the program version you download , is the last version for a while. ( but you can see new features by this time ).

Suggestion time: I'd love to see a separate "search for a specific map" function added, without having to use the player-map name field. (so that i can search, for example, Huk on Steppes, and not just Huk OR Steppes )

How do I use this? I download a replay and press open but nothing happens, just a window with a error message appears for the fraction of a second.

On the ntoe of hosting, I'm fairly certain you are allowed to host the executable on sourceforge too

TzTz : Select the folder where you want replay be downloaded ( usually, you select the Starcraft 2 "Multiplayer" folder ) , start starcraft 2 and clic on the replay button in the menu , like if it was one of your replay.

I'd love if it was possible to enlarge the window, to see more replays per page in the list.
Do you limit the size of the window because it would be too heavy to load a longer list every time?
Or maybe just a scrollbar, with an option of how many we want to be displayed per page? Then the window could stay at a fixed size.
It isn't vital, it isn't important, it wont make me stop using the app, but it would be a nice addition.

I agree about feedback.Also I would like to see replay details faster.It makes u wait like 3 4 seconds to open details.Great job keep it up!

Its nice you got a good range of replay websites on it, you should aim to add private websites like MeetYourMakers and other clans that release replays only on their site

Have really been using this tool alot the last week, it's great help when quickly wanting to find good high level replays :D

Ability to "follow/favorite" a player will be nice. I am always looking for new replays from particular players. It will be nice if there is a way to automatically download new replays of specific player when replays for that particular player is available.

Interesting idea, but the search function do it well, no ? i will think about it.
For now, if you search for a specific player, just search it in the top-right search bar, or open details of one of his replay , and just click on this name, it will automaticly find every replays from him.

Ya, but i have to search for the same players every single day If have them added my favorite, I can just click on favorite and get their replays right away instead of searching for every single player every day!

In the 'Send replay' tab, the 'Clic to upload' should be 'Click to upload', as 'Clic' is the french word.

But when you get an "uploader code" , your replay are marked as "skill certified".
So if you want one , i can give you but to garantee featured replay quality you have to promise me to upload only good replay with it .
Also , if you upload your replays, your pseudo is in the player-list , so we know that you are the uploader

To all user : my file hosting just said me that i break the quota.
That mean this programm is victim of his sucess, too much people used it, i will have to change my file hosting plan.
The problem is, just for it to work with massive ammount of connection, i will need a way better server.
I will try to do what i can, but i can't give a date right now.
Hopefully soon.
EDIT : temporarly retablished, i will have to cut ressources usages for now ( limit performance ) before i find another host. Sorry about it.

alonndo : I don't think they earn money by replay download, even if they display ads at each page, but i still display from where the replay is from ( they don't have any replay copyright or something , replay played by Pro-player are proprety of no-one since its public game ).

Bump! For this awesome program + Another suggestion!
When you click "download", the program opens the "download window", but the last replay downloaded is at the bottom of the list, and I have to scroll to open it. It would be nice if the order would be inverted

Firstly I love this program, I cast games on a youtube channel and its so helpful. I have just tried to fire it up and get some more reps for casting and got this message:
Not Found
The requested URL /_replaylist.php was not found on this server.
I got this after I pressed the click to start browsing replays button. I have downloaded it again in case its a new version I need but got the same. I will try again later on in case its just a site updating but I thought you should know

"Start browsing" = Does nothing
"Start browsing" + CTRL = opens a new emtpy window :S

My server just crashed due to heavy amatorism from ovh.
I will try to fix it asap, i will edit this post.
EDIT : Seems like they have shut down 10 dedicated server because one of these have scanned 10 ports of an another server. They are wainting for expert review ( nonono, they don't mail or something their customers )
EDIT 2 : Seems to work now, hope it will not crash again, thanks all for your support <3
they don't even have told their customers what is happening.

I have the same problem than you ejden.
It just seems unstable for now, i will try to found why.
i can acess the database normally using my acess ( it's pretty much the same as your )
but when i use the program itself it doesn't work.
I have a temporary fix for you, it seems it work when it want ( temporarly, just right click then click "reload" button ).
It is really weird.
EDIT : i am not on my computer, so it's very hard for me to work on it now.
but , if you want to acess it, click the "See tutorial pages" in the menu instead of the big button "Browse replay".

It's probably your firewall who block this program from acessing internet.

For mid or high diamond players the problem with this tool (and any sc2 replay site) is not knowing how much higher level (if higher at all) the person you are watching is. There are multiple ways to help with this, such as identifying players that have plaid in GSL, linking to regional or world rank on and sc2rank site, etc.

I am currently 2k7 points , i watch all the replays as way skilled than me.
All the replay maked as "skill-certified" are :
- OR epicly epic
- OR at least one of the player is a pro or semi-pro. ( mean 99% times with good skill )
They are slightly green in the replay-list ( a little icon is on the right )

It's server issue, it should be fixed now.
Since the patch 1.2 is out, i have big problem, replay format have been changed, etc...

My firefox had 5 replay sites bookmarks which was pretty confusing since they often have same replays with slightly different names but this has solved my problem big time. Thanks man really appreciate your tool.

My only issue was that when I created the SC2DB folder in my replays folder I couldn't access that folder via SC2? I just made the default faulder the 'multiplayer' folder and it works fine.

This program is amazing, I don't have many twitter followers, but I'll def throw it up on a tweet, I suggest anyone else who has tried it to do the same if you like it.
I haven't found a program I like yet... but this one is incredible.
One thing that might be great is if the program could detect which replays were already downloaded and highlight or flag those ones in any search list.

Still loving your program man, but there's been a recent issue which I'm not sure other people are having and this is why I'm bumping.
Every player is being shown as a Z player in the preview. Also you can't press 'show the winner'. I love this program and I'd much rather use it than going to all the individual replay sites because its just so convenient

Thanks for the tool, I use it a lot.
It seems the database side needs an update. No new replays from any site have been listed since May 23. Replays from sc2-replays.net are incorrectly listed ZvZ.

Yeah sorry about that guys, the old patch 1.3 has changed the replay format.
My replay parser need to be rewrited, the ammount of work needed to fix this problem is way too much for my time.
I'm sorry for that guys, i no more can maintain this tool properly.
