But this is the same as goon micro in sc1, the whole move stop move stop move stop thing Well afaik you can't stick units in SC2 like in SC1 (goons ) so it's just essentially the same motion, but easier.

Terrans are beating up stupid Zergs before they even get to the tanks or even by using Marauders and no tanks. All I am trying to do is showing yet another way to beat Tanks and to stop the "oh tank smart AI is sooo imba" whining. Its not, but sadly Blizzard is catering to the whine if I look at the proposals for patch 1.1. With that patch you simply need to upgrade the carapace for your Zerglings and Tanks require an upgrade to one-shot Zerglings. Quite ridiculous if you ask me, but Zerg players whined long and hard to get Tanks nerfed to uselessness again instead of investing the time to practice their micro. Obviously 90% of Blizzard ladder maps do NOT have an open center to allow for Zerg to assault the Terran from multiple sides, but still .... 1 control group is BAD for Zerg against sieged tanks; spread out! Another idea for the "how to beat a tank line" map: - add Ultralisks and find the right mix and attack rythm for those two groups to get minimal splash damage. I am just watching CellaWeRRa and he does the "split your forces to come from more than one direction" nicely, even if the opposing Terran is bioballing. Too many Zerg have let themselves be "dumbed down" by SC2 ez-mode and succumbed to one-control-group syndrome. A training map seems in order to learn this again.

Btw, the defaul damage point is at 0.167 seconds and default backswing is 0.5 seconds and most units use the default values. Marauders have 0 on both, that's why they are easier to micro.

Like most people I was also wondering what the hell was this thread about before opening it. Orb walking is a bit weird though, and attack animation canceling is long ![]() I propose "aniwalk"

If it's from DotA then that is an abuse of a specific mechanic in DotA that doesn't exist elsewhere. There is no need to use new words when existing words are there. Animation canceling or dancing are just fine IMO. Trying to invent a new word consciously never works.
