Nobody makes Ultra because the pathing sucks on them and Maruaders rape them horridly. So... they ignore the pathing issues and nerf the HP. K, so now, Maruaders will rape them quicker. Yes... let me line up to waste tons of resources on a shit unit that gets raped by the one unit T masses anyway (especially now that Stim is even cheaper). Yes... I like losing so I'm going to definitely do this and not just keep making Broodlords which are still better in every conceivable way versus T or P and certainly wouldn't benefit tremendous from the Frenzy... no 25% attack to my Broodlords would suck. Thank god for this Ultra "buff"... The change to the Overseer is stupid. Essentially they want me to risk a food supply unit to stop production on one building!? Yes... because that's a better use of resources that shitting a free scout. And for 125 energy I can make the shittiest unit in the Z line-up? Really? Indeed, free scouting be damned, sign me up for 1 Infested Terran every 10 minutes. Dot dot fucking dot... The Void Ray nerf was unneeded. P is weaker than T, period. If P can contain T just a little with effective Void Ray harass then it should help P climb that mountain. More over, don't Vikings still grossly out range Void Rays? What's the problem here? In a cost battle the Vikings should win 100% of the time already... And fuck them on this T change... not that it really matters... T will get those upgrade anyway, but now they get them earlier. Lovely, earlier timing pushes by T... because their timing push wasn't already broke due to Maruader imbal. I don't understand what they're trying to achieve with this change... it is just giving T the same things; quicker. Why? Either way, we were promised a patch that would make the Ultra viable, they made it more shitty. K... | ||

lol.. 40 massive splash against marauders and you think players are going to be going marauders against Ultras? And Ultras can't be slowed when Frenzied, AND get plus 25 percent attack? So what is that - 50 splash damage against marauders? And you are whining over 150 HPs? LoL. And what the fuck are you doing for 10 minutes while the Zerg tries to get his first Ultra out? Picking your nose? Dammit Blizz, the problem is we can't even get to the Ultra fast enough to use them, and when we can, they melt so fast they do absolutely no damage. So your logic is to lower their HP? The shit? | ||

It's based off percentiles, so there will likely be an adjustment and yes everyone will probably move up a little bit but not much. If you are in copper or bottom to mid bronze you'll be Bronze, higher bronze players will maybe bump up to silver and etc, but it does mean that the tiny percentile of REALLY good platinum players (progamers and other very talented players) will have a league of their own with fewer divisions better competition and in the end more bragging rights. But unless you're really bad or really good i dont anticipate you changing leagues any more than a typical reset would. | ||

Making terran even stronger? I think these changes must have been made a while ago. Overseer and Infestor "spells" (hate that word) are stupid just like the new Corrupter ones. Basically, Frenzy is a buff like in WoW, Contaminate is just so random and unneeded. I think they made it with no plan, just to "make zerg more diverse". It will just be spammed. Oh, and there's no reason why infested terran need to stay in the game. No reason. I wish they hadn't made these new zerg spells and had taken back the Corrupter one from last patch. Horray for the influence of W3.... The idea of Frenzy as a fix for Ultralisks is so crude and simple minded I want to break something. | ||

I like the changes a lot. Overseers won't be such easy targets for feedback anymore, and Ultras will rape buildings even more than they already do. | ||
