Go for a normal 2 rax build, but instead.. get an early gas, and lift both rax's into their base and add reactors and go for a proxxy mass rine. ^^ worked for me with my friend a couple times.

I just did a strat similar to the spirit of this thread... we went roach + mm + ghost with nuke vs terrand and ally on twilight fortress. We moved out and nuked the wall from outside their main XD

TZ - Tanks + Mutalisks.
TZ - Vikings + Mutalisks.
TP - Tanks + Sentries (Theoretically u can push very hard with this, protect tanks with forcefields and spend excess minerals on hellions/zealots.)
ZZ - Mass Mutalisks
ZZ - Zerglings + Infestors or 1 player goes mass Infestors and the other does mass Roach and/or Hydra.

Go double protoss and have one rush for mass sentry, immortals and have the other guy mass phoenix. Keep walling your opponent's ramps off and graviton beam his roaches and kill them.

I don't know about unit composition, but as a ZZ team cover the entire/ most of the map with creep- maybe a crawler attack wave??? (Alternatively, mass queens on your creep highway- they go decently fast on creep.)

Double Terran on Metalopolis. Both lift off and move to a gold mineral expansion in the middle at the start of the game.

Maybe combine this with one of the other suggestions. Should be cool either way though.

TP- Mass sentries, surround their army with force fields then nuke while it cant escape.
I dont think this is really viable but it would be cool to see.

It really is a shame that the old strat of Vortex/Nuke anymore. That might be fun to play around with. Maybe Vortex/Strike Cannon? Nuke/Strike Cannon?

PZ - mothership+creep tumor+crawlers = sloooooooooooooooowpush, defend bases with cannons.
It's supposed to be automatic but actually you have to press this button.

What about mass Banelings + mass Immortals?

Send immortal first to draw fire and bring the small units to the front. Trade resource to balance unit composition if necessary.

My friend and I did a modified spine crawler rush using an early offensive hatchery with mass queen transfuse support for our ZZ. It didn't work , but it was hilarious.

ZT - Shared unit control. Resource sharing will also be required.
Both turtle or light harass into Ultralisks and Medivacs (controlled by Zerg) and Corrupters+Vikings (controlled by Terran).

Any race MU.

Both play the first 3 minutes or so, the one of you d/c. See if the other can get the 1v2 win. I had this happen with my friend and I, my comp froze just as my roach warren finished. I just told him spit with the queen and build roaches. We won that game and it counted for a win for me still.
