I haven't seen all your casts, but I don't think you've done this one yet, so I'd like to ask you to go over the following: When I see Shine play vs Terran (for example, vs Really or vs SkyHigh -- particularly look at his games on HBR), I've noticed he likes to do this build: 9 drone scout 12 hatchery 11 gas 12 pool (making those 2 extra drones before pool) Obviously the reason for the 9 drone scout is to know if he can get away with the late pool. And obviously the early gas is because he's trying to accumulate a crap-ton of gas for the midgame. Here's why: As you surely expect, he's following this up with a super fast lair and then busting out with a horde of early mutalisks, early enough that he can secure his third base extra quickly and then abuse his awesome mutalisk control to keep his opponent contained during the early-midgame. But it's the late-midgame plan that interests me (and probably interests you given what unit gets used): after teching a fast hive, he busts out with these early guardians and is able to power his opponent straight through the front. I wonder if you'd be able to talk about this build in one of your casts, or if you already have, then maybe if you could tell me which one. Thanks~

I'm a D rank Protoss, and I'm very uncomfortable with my PvZ. In the matchup, I have three major issues: Properly dealing with lurker contains, Properly dealing with Muta harass, and having a good army composition in my late game. I noticed in last night's cast you talked about Stork vs. Hogil, and how Stork didn't need as many zealots because of the amount of Reavers and Dragoons he had. My question is "How does a Protoss know what a good army composition is?" I'd like to hear your opinion on not only PvZ but all of the matchups, as I feel there is more room to explore than just breaking it down as "LOL HE MAKE TANK I MAKE ZEALOT LOL HE MAKE HYRDALIKS I GET TEMPLOR LOLOL," for example how the map, my strategic goals, what my opponent is doing, and perceiving threats play into my macro decisions such that a player like me can try to make the correct decisions instead of doing things like making 8 corsairs to deal with one wave or mutalisks, or spam HT's from 8 gateways because I think he's got a million hydralisks outside my base.

I think the main reason for the medic blind. Is the protoss ends up with some supply cost used for a useless unit that doesn't do it's purpose. Meaning their army size could be one or two units smaller.

I suggest you practice the most imba pvz build ever. Fast expand as normal, normal core timing, start stargate and +1 zealots with your first 200 gas, then throw up another stargate and a citadel of adun, continue adding pylons and sairs, get the zealot speed when you have enough gas. First sair scouts his bases, then the second stargate should finish and both stargates should be rallying sairs into your main, where you will have enough mins for 1 cannon in min line in case muta, with 2 stargate sairs 1 cannon is enough. You need to be building zealots from your one gateway constantly, and when you have about 7 sairs and 8-10 zealots with +1 and speed you attack with both groups, go for his third first, or his weakest base, while lots are attacking sairs should run around killing masses of ovis, start +1 air attack, add more gateways at your base, and a temp archives, and head a probe out to a third, if you think lurks, start a robo, if you don't think lurks, add one anyway for obs once you have 5 gates, any decent zerg player gets lurks at some point. Keep making sairs, adding units to your army, and adding expos and gates appropriately, and continuing upgrades, and you should win.
