I just re did the campaign in normal mode (which is 'fast'~ around 4 hours I'd say, since you can do some level very quickly) and got the achievement once I got level 70! Either that, or be patient till they fix it, I guess | ||

You are not supposed to be able to just visit old mission and gather benefits (kerrigan levels, protos/zerg research or extra credits for WoL) after you have played several missions after. What you need to do is to load save where you are at that mission (or earlier) and play rest of the campaign. Or start from beginning. | ||

I fear i might have missed a level but too far in to quit haha and its brutal, ill proly go back sometime on normal to get the achievements that I missed. | ||

You have just a bug that prevents you from getting achievement. OP's problem is he did not qualify for it at all. In that case replaying just one mission does not work (unless its last one). If you start new campaign, you won't start with lvl70 Kerrigan. | ||

The achievement progress is stuck at 67/70, even though I've gotten to 70 after reloading a save and using the archives on the leviathan. Kind of annoying if I have to start a whole new campaign to get it now. | ||

Anyway, probably just repeating what's already been said, but that's my 'semi-detailed' story. Hopefully just a bug, sounds a bit silly to play through it all just to get 70 on the first go, like someone said earlier in this thread. Specially when it is very easy to miss one because you do the main objective to fast. Hoping for a fix in the first patch.  | ||

It's to bad things like this happen, a lot of players (including my self) want to grind down achievements and portraits with it. With bugs like this, as well as achievements being down from time to time, it really takes away the motivation and makes it more of a struggle than it should. But compared to a lot of other releases (*cough* diablo 3) this has been pretty painless. I keep looking back at the threads regarding this problem, hoping for an answer!
