Unless you expect terrans to build medivacs 1 at a time and waste 150/150 on upgrade for the 2 medivacs that they will be able to get out... Great timing ! The medivac upgrade is late game change it has nothing to do with the mid game. Muta buff is actually there because the medivacs are faster now, so you need faster units to deflect drops. I'm playing zerg and I think that the zerg tears in this treat are ridiculous. Cmon guys you didnt even try it and you are already crying. The most OP thing that Z has is creep spread and the strongest macro mechanics in the game. Just play better, you'll trash those rine/tank compositions ez pz. And when T tries to do those silly 3 base 2/2 pushes, guess what? You'll have Ultras up :D and you'll just roflstomp those rines like it's nobody's birthday. Oh, and the muta speed is going to be great for harassing just a little quicker and for shutting down the faster medivacs. Hydra's will be great for drop defense, as well. Z is gonna be so freaking fun to play! Can't wait :D

Yes, Terran has been buffed to hell and back. Is it too much? Is it even enough? We don't know yet. What we know is that the medivac timing which is at its strongest at 11/12 minutes isn't affected by this because of the requirement of tech lab addon and 110sec research. Like he said. Is the speed boost a buff? Of course it is and probably a too much of a buff because drops need to have some risk involved in them. But is it better to be cooldown based or energy based? Both have drawbacks and strengths. If it is only cooldown, you can use it almost without thinking, but if its energy you are less fragile if feedback is present. Not to mention, no one has probably even played on the latest patch for more than 2 games yet.

Raven honestly does not need any changes except making it a more accessible unit in terms of the time it takes to get it's abilities into play. CORVID REACTOR INCREASE RAVEN START ENERGY TO 100. Makes the raven accessible, waits 25 energy for seeker missile instead of 50, and raven has immediate use with a PDD or two auto turrets. Adding a yamato cannon to the raven is a terrible idea -_- Seems pretty good vs Ultras then. Almost like the game is drastically changing and traditional concepts are going to be changed, eh?

Even better against BLs, Colossi, etcetera. However, I think that the main complaint is that it's redundant. BC might need changes.

For the record the DT change is still dumb.

If they want to encourage more DT usage later on in the game I think that would be a more reasonable change than reducing the cost of dark shrine. The current change is a stepping stone towards that. The current change is good. 150 less gas is absolutely huge. Combined with the widow mine not hitting cloaked you will most likely see them in the majority of PvT's.
