I'll be honest. One of the first things I did after downloading the beta was spam click the new units to hear the new unit quotes since Blizzard always has hilarious things for the units to say. Anyway I was planning on adding the new quotes to liquipedia and I wanted a complete list so as not to make it more difficult for anyone after to make sure the quotes were accurate. So I was hoping that some other beta players would be willing to check my list to make sure it is accurate and complete. Also I don't have any idea if old units that haven't been modified in hots have/will receive new quotes so if anyone knows of any please post them so I/you can add them to liquipedia and the op here.
Also this list (should) only include new quotes.
I'm going to go ahead and post this while it's half done and edit in the rest of the units so I can get feedback fight away.

I don't have the beta, but I think the tempest quote might be "kinetic" rather than "genetic", seeing as how its weapon is called "Kinetic Overload".

That's what I thought but in-game it really didn't sound like that. Makes sense though so I'll edit that and I'm going to add the rest of the new unit quotes soon and then add them to liquipedia.
EDIT: I watch enough movies or games to know any references so if anyone knows any please add them to this thread or add the quote and reference to liquipedia!
EDIT: I know the transformers reference at least.

Also I added the battle-hellion quotes. If anyone could check them out and maybe add the references (I don't know how lol) that would be awesome.

Does the warhound still exist in the unit editor in such a way that the quotes could still be listened to? If so it would be great to have them as blizz did take the time to create the unit's animations/portrait and hire a voice actor to do its dialogue.

"I have no mouth and I must scream" Annoyed sounds are only played when you repeatedly clic on a unit without giving any order. It exists since Warcraft 2 and possibly before that, they are the most "silly" sounds, with plenty of jokes and references. The Selected/Move/Attack sounds are supposed to be serious, although less so in Starcraft 2 than in previous Blizzard RTS.
Given the context, it must be "gigawatt", which is an amount of electric power.
"I have no mouth and I must scream" is a reference to an horrific sci-fi novel written by Harlan Ellison. It naturally plays on the fact that the Protoss have no mouth.
