I honestly love Blizzard CE's and will likely get this one too.
Anyone who knows how Blizzard usually does these knows there will be:
An Art book
A soundtrack
Behind the scenes DVD of the game
In-Game goodies, I'm guessing special models for the Ultralisk or Broodlord. Oh and the portraits.
WoW in-game stuff, maybe an Ultralisk or Broodlord pet for WoW
So what I'm wondering is what do you think will be in it?
I think that for similarities sake they will put in a personal item for Kerrigan, much like they did with Raynor's dog tags. I'm honestly not sure what they'll use for this, perhaps there will be something in HoTS that she will pick up. As it stands right now they could put in her glasses from her ghost costume, but Blizzard will usually choose to make there goodies have a use, much like the Raynor USB.
I doubt that this one will have a comic book in it like the last one. I am leaning towards adding in a mouse pad, which is an idea borrowed from the WoW CE's.
So what are your ideas?

haha in all seriousness though it will probably be pretty awesome. I hope the music for HotS is awesome. They should go back to something sounding more similar to SC and BW... oh and they should fit in the "radio free zerg" song somewhere :D

I think I would totally buy a Collector's Edition, though I think I should save my money for Legacy of the Void.
Also, are the StarCraft comic books out there right now? I never saw it anywhere.

Heh, I doubt this would ever happen, but plushies would be so awesome for collector's editions... It'd be like getting those awesome harvest moon plushies with preorders.

This will be the last SC2 CE I would get, only because I'm Zerg. You'd have to include something stupid awesome in the Legacy of the Void CE to get me to buy that.

I've been buying Collector's Edition from Blizzard since SC2/WotLK, I love them, totally worth the extra money. I personally love the CE thor skin, I think it looks amazing.

I didn't get the WoL but since I'm zerg, I'll have to get the HotS one. I really hope they have a cool upgraded unit like how collector's edition buyers got the cool Thor with the wings. Maybe an ultra with more spikes and general badassery?

I don't know if I'll buy this CE with the knowledge that another expansion is coming out right after.
Just feels like a waste of money, even though I play Zerg and I want a special in-game unit.

Got WoL collectors edition and will be collecting the CE for the next two expansions as well.
I would like some Zerg figurines and plushies.

I used to buy the collector's edition for games - but over time the box just ends up in the basement and a lot of the extra goodies in the pack are set aside (ie: the behind the scenes/music discs I never touched). Standard edition for me.
I expect a kerrigan model, zergling/zerg crest keychain.
In game unit-wise, unless blizzard has some awesome new units - I think a special ultralisk (with extra blades?) would represent.

I didn't buy the original SCII CE because I deemed it a rip-off. Worst mistake in a while. That Night Elf Banshee portrait is freaking amazing, and I really, really want the other stuff. I will DEFINITELY buy the CE for HotS

Dammit, I read this thinking it was the contents of the HoTS collector's edition =(. Anyhoo, I play Terran so I don't think I'll be getting HoTS CE.
That said, I was extremely disappointed that the WoL CE did NOT contain a Raynor notepad. Like WTF? it was in the regular edition but not the CE, therefore, I am probably going to buy the regular edition for HoTS for hopefully an HoTS notepad!
Unless of course there's something absolutely awesome for the HoTS CE.
edit: I absolutely love the WoL CE's Thor model, so hopefully they will put something like that for HoTS for Zerg, but probably still won't get it since I don't main race Zerg and will rarely ever see that unit.

Yeah I haven't seen any other than the one in my CE. The book is pretty well drawn and is centered on the War Pigs (The mercenary marines in the story mode)
I will admit that I'm a bit of a digital goodie whore, I bought the Blizzcon stream for the pet they gave in WoW. And to watch the matches they had going, but mostly for the pet.
I am hoping for some bad ass looking portraits in this one too, just like the Night Elf Banshee or the Diablo Marine.
Hopefully something with infested Kerrigan but that'll probably be a Hard or Brutal campaign achievement.

Also maybe a pre-infested Kerrigan skin for ghosts, BUT this must be in addition to a zerg bonus. It would be way too unfair to always give terran the bonuses.
Also +1 to the plushie idea. I want a 2 foot long zergling with metabolic wings.
