Kiel is pretty set as 3rd strongest team in the North for years now, always good enough to make it to quarter- or semifinal in the playoffs. They are like a league seperator, always struggle against the top and dominate the weak. Universe was just promoted to the first division, but were still considered the favorite here due to their strong financial backing. (They are a fanmade followup team for Frankfurt Galaxy, the former NFLE team). There had been a lot of speculation though about their strength, as the northern and southern division are fairly unbalanced strength wise, without there being any IC games during regular season and them being in the (perceived) weaker southern division. The question was: Can they deal with the supposedly stronger northern Defences and can their almost flawless so far defense also shine vs Northern offences. Both questions were answered. Frankfurt threw a Pick6 18 seconds into the game. 7 points for the canes right away. And this were more than half the points of the game. The Universe got one FG, and Kiel managed to score one too, after Universe completely botched a punt. So final score was 3-10. But why did say the game was strange? Defence games hapen from time to time.. Well... Look at the stats: http://stats.gfl.info/gfl/2016/vffukbh.htm The canes had 5 first downs total, including 4 from flags and 1 passing first down. Frankfurt had 14 FD. And check the total offence yards. Kiel had stunning -10 (thats MINUS ten). Frankfurts 140 may not be good... but look glorious in comparison to that. And still. Kiel won. Seeing teams have negative offence yards is rare and usually happens in 0-70 games. But seeing a team have negative yardage and win? WTF? And to answer the questions of the crowd: Looks like Frankfurts O were hopeless against a stronger defense. But at the same time, their masterpiece defense... Oh boy, they didnt had to fear anyone from the north.

But he's not such a qb that he won't completely change sports. Dude has some fucked up beliefs He takes advantage of the opportunities presented to him and he does what he wants, would hardly call that "messed up in the head"

I think he's one of those guys they were hoping they could teach to throw a little better and take advantage of the athleticism
