Oh dear god the shitposting in this thread is going to start again. Goddamn it.

Sam Bradford, you are a fucking moron. You signed a two year deal. You were never the long term plan. Why do you think they invested so much in your damn back up? Wentz is not going to come in and start. Just play the two years out, and maybe, but probably not, you will prove that you can start in the NFL.
Fuck it, just start Chase Daniel, not like Bradford is gonna take us anywhere.

Chase Daniel was a fun QB to watch in college. I personally thought he was going to have a better NFL career than so far. Wouldn't mind seeing him get a chance at least until Wentz is ready

lol the next CBA fight is going to be a mess. The court just said that Rodger can suspend anyone he wants, for anything, no facts proof or actual crime needed. If he wants to suspend a player for a full season for basketball reasons, he can.

I'm not sure how we got from "circumstantial" to "absolutely no evidence", but ok.

Yes. That was negotiated. If the players want the court to remove that from the CBA, they should give back 10% of the money they got. Because for all we know that is what the owners value that provision at.
That is really what I never understand about people being mad at these CBAs. Everything that pisses off the players is worth a % of their salary, which in the end you know they will not end up giving up at the table.

They debunked the part about him sending messages about the air pressure to the equipment managers and then not wanting to release said messages?

They debunked the part about him not cooperating with in what the cba tells him too. No where in the CBA does it say he has to hand over his phone, and expecting him too is abusrd. And he did turn over personal conversations and it got leaked, fully justifying his point.

The cooperation is just some ad hominem on my part.
Where there's smoke there's fire. It wouldn't hold up in a criminal court but with lower stakes comes lower burden of proof. It still stinks like a rat. Yadda yadda...that's the extent of my give a fuck about the matter.

No NFLPA supporter has indicated to me how much of the split of revenues they think this "Dictator" clause is worth to the NFL (which was hated in 2011 when they last negotiated it), and thus, how much money should be refunded to the owners if Brady gets his way.

Theoretically, those seeking a writ of certiorari can seek expedited consideration; with the 4-4 split and a docket already overcrowded with more important cases, Brady is almost certainly stuck with the 2nd Circuit's judgment.

3. ELI APPLE, Ohio State (6-0 ½, 202, 4.39, 1): Third-year sophomore from Voorhees, N.J. "He got beat probably more than you want but he's got tremendous upside," said one scout. "He is too young (20) to be coming out but he is so you've got to project what he's going to be. I think he's going to be a pretty high-level starter." Started 27 games, finishing with 86 tackles (7 ½ for loss), 4 picks and 18 PBUs. "Some there (OSU) were worried he wouldn't break 4.6 and then popped the (4.39)," said another scout. "They were surprised he ran that well. I worry about him because of off-the-field issues. The kid has no life skills. At all. Can't cook. Just a baby. He's not first round for me. He scares me to death." Wonderlic was 21. "He probably has as much talent as anybody but he, like a lot of those Ohio State guys, is inconsistent," said a third scout. "He squats, and receivers run by him. He's more in catch-up mode than reaction mode. He bothers me a little bit."
Apple said his specialty is making breakfast - "I can make waffles," he said. "I can hook the eggs up with the bacon, the cheese, mix it in there a little bit. Hash browns. I do it all. And lunch, too. I can make a couple burgers for you. Hot dogs. Whatever you need, I can provide." - and he said he doesn't think the scout's comments will impact his draft stock at the end of the day.

That guy. So he's been a football talent pampered his entire life and thinks he's ready to go into the NFL and be a man/adult? I think there are a couple case studies he should look at.
Are talking about the Draft in here or are we doing a separate thread?
