He manages to mention possible Jeff Green trades EVERY TIME and it's the most frustrating thing ever. Hes shooting 25% over the current ugly streak for the bulls. The loss to the Jazz was ugly but I wouldn't say they're on a "current ugly streak", they won 3 before that, lost to the Nets, won 7 before that. I still think Rose will be fine as long as he remains healthy, right now he's missing a ton of jump shots but he's passing well and seems to remain extremely athletic. It's better for him to find his shot now when the team is winning anyway. I'm not saying he's close to what he was before but he's shown signs that he's getting better and he's had a couple really good games. As long as Rose and Noah recover before the playoffs I think the Bulls will be fine.

Simmons made a pretty good point, we judge players differently based upon the era. Booing Wade Boggs? Loving Andrey Dawson? Football doesn't really have this problem. People still think Montana is one of the greats.

But there's a 0 percent chance Toronto even plays the Cavs or Bulls in round one. there is a 0 percent chance Toronto ends up in 4th and Cleveland ends up in 5th? 0 percent? or Toronto in 3rd and Cleveland in 6th again 0 percent?

Although playoff seeding is determined by win-loss record division winners cannot finish lower than 4th. Therefore a division winner can have the 6th or 7th record in the conference but are bumped up to 4th. Most likely that Cleveland will sit at that 5/6 spot this season. Difficult to see the bulls lose their division, the wizards fall out of the top 4, and with titanic winner guaranteed 4th, cavs will finish without home court. (Then again its not even all-star break and Durant is yet to comeback for a second time). Knicks and Timberwolves are on a 14 and 13 game losing streak, respectively.

They at least have their younger players who might contribute in Boston, as opposed ot injured or in Europe, or non existent in the Knicks case. That roster is Melo and their draft pick this year and a drop in the voice for the next 5 years. The sixers suck, the celtics suck and will suck more, but at least they still have guys who might be part of their next good team, even if they aren't active at the moment.
