concussions? pretty sure he tore his knee in the usfl and was never the same again.

It was that time inbetween him leaving oklahoma and the usfl that caused the injury probably.

If Marshall doesn't look like he will play should I start Crabtree or Maclin?

Maclin. Legit WR2 atm with plenty of upside. Gets tons of targets.
|
i didn't start marshall last week after all the reports, biggest mistake in my fantasy football career so far.
|
If that's your biggest mistake, you're near infallible or new. Don't sweat it.
Can any Washington fans explain the Cousins hype? Shellbot?
I'd go Maclin. Crabtree is on the road with Peterson hounding him.
|
I'd do Maclin just because he has an easier match up, and I think sf plays it a bit safe after Kaep laid a turd last week. Also, I sincerely doubt that Marshall sits.
Goodell had a presser today
|
Agreed on Marshall.
Heard Nichols went hard on Goodell but didn't hear it.
|
I played marshall because I know he is a man, but also because I picked someone up for the Sunday night game just in case
|
My picks for this week. Hopefully they turn out better than last week.
Bills > Chargers. This should be a fun, close game. I can see this going either way. Rams > Cowboys. So, when is that Rams defense going to live up to its billing? Eagles > Redskins. The Eagles are due to have a dominant game. Texans > Giants. The Giants blow. Saints > Vikings. The Saints SHOULD right the ship at home. Bengals > Titans. The Bengals D is scary good, and I did not like what I saw from the Titans last week. Ravens > Browns. Browns suck. Packers > Lions. I think both these teams are poser contenders. Colts > Jags. Jags are just bad. Pats > Raiders. Raiders are awful. Niners > Cardinals. After last week's shit show, I'm counting the Niners playing angry. They tend to do well against Arizona. I also don't think that Arizona has the horses on offense to do what the Bears did. Stanton will throw picks. Seahawks > Broncos. If the Seahawks hadn't lost last week, I'd have considered taking the Broncos. I think that this will be a curb stomping. Dolphins > Chiefs. The Dolphins are excellent at disappointing, but they should take this. Panthers > Steelers. Dat Panthers D. Jets > Bears. This a hard one. It will come down to which QB turns the ball over more. I think Cutler will come back down to earth.

I'd go Maclin. Crabtree is on the road with Peterson hounding him. I was fanboying Cousins since he was in college because I saw him play live in the Outback Bowl vs UGA and I was a Georgia Tech student at the time so I was obviously cheering for MSU. Only time I got to see UGA lose live since we lost every year I was in school. He just happened to go to the NFL team I root for as well. I think everyone else cheers for him because a lot of people gave up on RG3. I don't think they really expect him to become some great QB or anything. He's played 2 solid games in his career against Jacksonville last week and Cleveland his rookie year. the rest of his starts were pretty shaky.
every year it's just been a growing number of people asking for him to take RG3's spot because they know he'll never make it through a season so we should move on to plan b

Hope you're NFC east predictions are all correct but I bet the cowboys beat the rams The Bills look pretty solid. They will be fine as long as Manuel doesn't throw the game away, which is certainly possible.
As for the Cowboys/Rams game, I'm hoping that this is the game where the Rams defense looks like the monster that it is suppose to be. But yeah, I can see the Cowboys winning this.

The Bills after the Chargers just beat Seattle...? Mark me down for SD in this one haha. If not put me down for the bills in the Superbowl!

You mean the Chargers that lost to Arizona and tend to always play to their opponent?

Also the Chargers just played in ridiculous heat so the results of that game might be an anomaly. I have the Chargers.

So my pick may be influenced by starting Rivers on my F.Team and being a Seahawks fan but really the Bills?

The Chargers keep beating teams they aren't supposed to beat and lose to teams they are supposed to beat.

Does anyone else get annoyed when their team gets the Sunday night game? I'm used to seeing the Panthers at 1. It's so weird when they play later.
Also, are the Steelers supposed to be contenders for anything / have they looked good so far? I don't think I've seen them at all so far.
