I think Ill bring my pull up bar, so at least body weight fitness shouldnt be a problem but what about cardio? Jump rope, buy a light kettlebell and do swings for your cardio, do light bodyweight HIIT workouts, or maybe just start shadow boxing?

Suffice it to say, it wasn't even what I consider 'warm up' weight. I was just making sure my form was good. I go through the motions and rerack the bar...and suddenly it feels like my quads are cramping up. I decide I can't leave without a workout so I put a little more weight on. Again, no problem squatting but as soon as I rerack my quads feel like they are about to cramp up. The only thing I can figure is I was lacking electrolytes or the small muscles in my legs were pissed. muscles get tight, and when they are too tight the cramp up. Sauna, massage and or stretch fix this kind of stuff. Ultimate ankle flexibity, pause it when he catches holy shit

His knees aren't collapsing like when you see people with shitty mobility go out of their comfort zone, he just has Incredible mobility and so strong even at that extreme range of motion. To be fair the guy squatted 300kg like it was an empty bar so a 202 cj really doesn't seem that heavy. for him to catch like that. And he's got a killer mustache.

Yoga is a great practice for strengthing your body & mind. I recommend playing a round of sc2, followed by a few stetches afterwards. Go visit a yoga studio to get familiar with how to do the stretches the correct way, since there's definitely a correct way to do them. Also there's usually babes that go to the studios, so that's a plus (good for mojo). Food is such a big deal. You are what you eat. All the fast food we put in ourselves will reflect onto our physical appearance. Avoid greasy foods. Focus on natural foods like vegetables, local meats (so you know where it came from). Caffeine intake is a point of focus as well. If you need a pick-me-up in the day, try oolong tea. It's the best I've come across so far -- it has natural caffeine in it (from black tea extract) and the healthy benefits of green tea (good for immune system). Hope my post was helpful!

Caffeine is fine whatever way you get it: coffee, pill, tea, etc. If you want the benefits of green tea pop some L-Theanine with it (i usually do 200mg) for the relaxing but non-drowsy affects.

Or, you know, drink green tea? It has amazing deliciousness going over dropping a pill!

Bench 3x5 @155 lbs Deadlift 1x5 @305 lbs Have to figure out a schedule for the days that I can lift. For Starting Strength, if I don't have the ceiling height to actually be able to do OHP, what should I do instead? I'm thinking about doing a higher volume close-grip bench press and some dips instead, just because during the school year it's hard for me to be able to get to the gym two to three times a week. Everything's progressing pretty decently so far, and I think that now that I have somewhat of a structured schedule it'll be easier for me to progress every single week. Current *Estimated* One Rep Maxes: Deadlift ~340-345 lbs Squat ~220-225 lbs Bench Press ~175-180 lbs Overhead Press ~125 lbs
