Hopefully he's sufficiently injured that he has to miss at least the next race anyway.

Alonso vs Vettel was a bit silly but I have to side with Vettel. Alonso's driving actually forced Vettel off the track when they were essentially side-by-side. Alonso should also have been penalized several times over for going off the track. Vettel vs Ricciardo: Vettel's tyre strategy was absolutely awful in light of seeing what Hamilton did.

Because it's Raikkonen and Massa they don't really care. He went off, that was an accident. He then kept his foot in it, rejoined the track amongst multiple other cars, took someone out and caused a red flag. He should be banned. And I said I hope he's sufficiently injured that he has to miss one race which is in 2 weeks time. I hardly wished serious ill-will on him. If you get concussion you usually have to miss a race if there's only a 1 week gap. As Massa said, if he'd slowed when coming back onto the track, it probably wouldn't have happened.

1m 26s "But I think normally you've got to just creep back onto the race track. You can't just nail the throttle and let it fly across grass like that" http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/114903 Article 20.2 of F1's Sporting Regulations states that: "Should a car leave the track the driver may rejoin, however, this may only be done when it is safe to do so and without gaining any lasting advantage." There have been suggestions that the fact Raikkonen crashed after rejoining the circuit means he should have been punished for what happened. AUTOSPORT understands that while the FIA did look in to the incident, it decided that Raikkonen had not rejoined in an unsafe manner. Telemetry data shows that, after leaving the track at 230 km/h, Raikkonen did scrub off some speed as he returned to the circuit, before his car was unsettled by a bump as it ran through a patch of grass. Although the FIA accepted that Raikkonen would not have crashed if he had slowed down dramatically, it is understood the governing body believed that any other driver would have rejoined the track in the same manner. Everyone else would do it = it's fine. Except it's obviously not fine, because it can break your car, or break other people's cars as well as your own car. It's dangerous. If everyone does something in F1 and it's dangerous, normally they ban it, but apparently not this sort of thing.

Juan, you have a penalty because Michael Drove into You @German GP: Hamilton and Alonso did well on poor strategies. Raikkonen with yet another mediocre race.

Anybody know what happened to Grosjean? I know the FRIC ban affected Lotus pretty badly but I guess he ended up retiring and I didn't see/hear about it :C

I'm afraid from Hamilton’s starting position the amount of room on the track and his temperament and lack of patience in over taking in the previous grand prix by far the most likely outcome is Hamilton to crash out of the Grand Prix in some pointless overtaking manoeuvre he should have waited a bit longer for. Obviously I hope I am wrong though.
