also grosjean's move on button wasn't too bright either. he overtook him, then tried to push him off the track. considering grosjean's track record, both penalties were valid imo.

Maybe red-bull is equally fast because Vettel did have front wing damage, and webber started quite low. Grosjean was off the track. btw

If you look at turn 4 and some of the other curbs were the cars would run deep into them, they could almost drive off the track entirely to gain a bit more speed and it looked silly... what is the point in curbs that are simply extensions of the track limits? It's part of the problem with these massive run-off area's, had there been grass there he never would have tried the move and drivers wouldn't be going so deep into turn 4 and others. My guess is that the reason Grosjean was penalised for his move on Massa was due to the stewards deciding to clam down mid race on anymore moves on that turn to keep the drivers within the limits of the race-track. His move on Button was a strange thing to ping him for though after the race, they didn't penalised Perez or have him be investigated after the Monaco GP when he did the same thing time and time again but I'm guessing that's mostly due to Grosjean's history. But was a great race and a great result for Lewis, two amazing moves on Webber and hopefully a car that will allow him to make Vettel work for his 4th DWC!

Grosjean was only able to overtake massa by leaving the track. He started behind and ended ahead. Vettel was already ahead of Grosjean, and gaining an advantage by taking a longer path (despite leaving the track) is a grey area in Formula 1. (see 2003 austrian grand prix first corner). And grey areas in formula 1 (such as one line change to defend) typically aren't punished.
