It is a little counter-intuitive that I pulled my heaviest Deadlift since at least six months today during my deload week. But quite frankly, an easy 190kg pull is much less taxing than 150kg for 11 reps. Everything felt pretty good today.
people just don't get it how hard it is to do that second rep and then repeat that for 10 times again...
another lame ass week with skipped days, poor sleep, decrease in bench & ohp (was doing 7-7-7 bench not long ago and its been going only down since then).
however, ankle mobility is at all-time high (due to efforts), and pullups are doing some triples now which i couldnt dream of doing not long ago (with acceptable form)
got my 1st semester grades back: distinction, merit, merit, pass. the important one was a merit (and needed to be) so im surviving up until now. btw "merit" is anything over 59/100 so whatever. though ive given up trying to get super grades coz its pretty much impossible/arbitrary marking

The Windshield Wipers weren't pretty, first time I ever tried them. The rest felt nice and smooth, I am getting stronger all around. I'm pretty sure I miscounted all my sets on Pendaly Rows, but it was somewhere around those numbers.
Defeating your bodyweight at my weight is just immensely satisfying. And you get lots of wondering looks, which can also be nice sometimes. I really dig the challenge in trying these things.

I understand no-smoke but why no fap?
After 7 days of not having ejaculated your testosterone levels reach a peak of 140% and then go back to normal. I don't understand why you would not fap for an entire month like some people do, but I guess you could cycle it weekly for maximum gainz.

After 7 days of not having ejaculated your testosterone levels reach a peak of 140% and then go back to normal. I don't understand why you would not fap for an entire month like some people do, but I guess you could cycle it weekly for maximum gainz.

you can 5x5 if you want to work something harder , so long as you will be able to recover enough for your next workout day
Ok well just make sure you don't lose your sex drive. You might think it will never happen and you may think of some advantages but you'll miss it when it's gone, especially when you need it.
