She's not a bad lifter herself. She's like 9 and can snatch/cj around 25-35kg.

I can dip 225, but that's probably because I weigh 215.

Damn, commenting here looks scary.
Anyhow, I never really took much care to be fit, I'm 50 kg, ~166 cm and would like to reach 60 (just to set a goal, I might be delusional here), but I'm at an absolute loss where and how to start, and how to pull it through. Also, what to eat, what not to eat, when to eat it, what to drink, what not to drink, etc.
I know I'm being pretty damn generic; I skimmed through the op, checked some links, but it's just too much information, ie a lot of them for ppl who wants to lose weight.
Yeah, so, I'm not sure how it works, so tell me if I should specify some things.

First of all, welcome! We are friendly here and love to help.
I would say almost regardless of your end goals, it will be smart for you to start with a simple program that focuses on building a foundation of strength before focusin your energies on any one thing too much. A good simple program to follow can be Starting Strength or Stronglifts (they are essentially the same with a few tweaks). I'd recommend following that for a few months until you have a good foundations and some more defined goals whether it's focusing on building size through bodybuilding, strength through powerlifting, or power through olympic lifting.
For what you eat, especially at your weight, it isn't as important as how much you eat. For a week or two I suggest counting your calories to get an idea of how much eat, but aim for a +3-500 surplus. Use a calorie calculator here for more precise numbers. Your goal for the calculator will likely be 'clean bulk' and the rest you can likely figure out.
I'd recommend Stronglifta just because the information is presented more compactly and will get you started quicker. That said you should still read starting strength if you get the chance. http://stronglifts.com/stronglifts-5x5-beginner-strength-training-program/ http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=261928
Welcome again, never be afraid to ask more questions!

If you just wanna get big and strong you'll do just fine stuffing yourself with burgers and pizzas and doing strength training, but if you don't want lovehandles to go with it you're gonna have to do a "clean" bulk, which unfortunately means way more work/more expensive -_-
The difference is essentially that a clean bulk cuts what's called "processed foods", such as pasta, bread etc, the kind of food that's easy to make and eat lots of and replaces it with basic stuff such as meat, rice and potatoes, in precise amounts in order to achieve what's called a caloric surplus. Google paleo for "clean" eating.
A caloric surplus is basically more food than you need to stay as you are. Being alive and going to work etc requires a certain amount of calories, if you work out you will need more just to remain in the same place, and if you wanna get bigger or smaller you add or subtract from that amount.

110 lbs is so tiny that I wouldn't listen to the well-intentioned advice of those who have suggested "clean bulking." You clearly don't eat very much on your own so you are going to need to be stuffing your face with any food you like including pizzas and burgers. The key is avoiding highly processed foods with trans fats and hydrogenated oils. You want to be eating "real" food but as long as its real you should eat wherever you want.
This assumes of course that you start training at the gym consistently on something like Starting Strength

I disagree that he needs to immediately start stuffing his face. Yea he will gain a bunch of weight but likely a lot of it would be fat. When I started training I was 125lbs at 5'10" and my main dietary problem was just eating so inconsistantly. Just being roughly aware of my caloric intake and trying to keep it consistant was all it took to start gaining weight, although I plateaud after a while and had to conciously eat at a surplus. If he is like I was at that point, eating is more a chore than anything and stuffing your face is unpleasant, takes more work (esp of keeping it clean), and is hard to maintain.
That's not to say you are wrong, just that when I was that skinny, I constantly got told that advice and would try to do it with little to no success. It's all about finding what works for you.

I'm not sure why you think he will gain fat. Your story seems to be that you didn't eat consistently enough to gain weight, not that you stuffed your face and got fat. Skinny dudes fear getting fat way too much. As long as you are skinny, training in the gym consistently, and getting 1+ g of protein per lb of bodyweight, it's really hard to get fat considering you had no appetite to begin with. I'm telling him to eat whatever he wants because I hate eating baked chicken breast and steamed broccoli 7+ times a week. And if I can't do it as a 235 lb man with a big appetite he won't be able to as a tiny guy with no appetite. He can't be afraid to get fat or he won't gain and will make senseless comments like "I'm a hardgainer."
If you aren't eating "consistenty" you aren't really stuffing your face are you?

Because you can only gain .5-1 pound of muscle a week you don't want to eat too large a surplus because the excess calories will be fat. It isn't healthy or helpful to suddenly start eating a 1000 calorie surplus unless you literally only care about strength.
