It's a school tradition, a very cool one indeed; basically every class makes a team. There are some imba teams, 2009 generation (that means they left school on 2009, I'm 2008) its so good it isn't even funny, they have like 2 teams of sevens, and 4-5 guys imba good. 5 Chilean national team rugby players, and a couple training for the 2016 olympic team.
My class got 7th-8th, and the difference between or team and any of top4 is abysmall. We actually played the team that got 4th, and we lost 37-0. Top 2 are ridic good, and finals score was like 44-14 or smth. (2009 vs 2004). It's been the same final since the first version (4 years now), 2004 won first two (26 age vs 18-19), but they just got rolled every year when the "kids" catched up in body size.
Also its getting quite competitive (all men school lol) and some guy got a tibia exposed fracture, At least 4 guys left on ambulance as well. (Don't think I'm good at rugby or sevens, cause I'm not, I can only lift weights now :p)

I alternated my pull ups with some guys doing cable cross overs over a bosu ball, that's a new one for me.

Haha usually nobody gets injured in sevens. That set up sounds fucking awesome though wish I had something like that (my class would run train roll)

Then 4 rounds of 5 muscle ups 10 deficit DL (110 kg) 20 GHD situps 50/100/150/200 m. sprint (50 first round, 100 second round, etc.) 11:08, good workout

After I was done squatting today I decided to fuck around, so I started doing heavy singles, adding weight as I felt like it. I made it to 115kg when my back started making cricking noises so I stopped. Fun though.

Today I did 107.5kilos 3x3 on the deadlift, that's a new PR for me. Still pretty dyel, but I'm getting there, I think I could have done a bit more though.

As my wrist flexibility improves FS are getting easier. Within a few weeks I want to hit 125kgx3x10/BS 170x3x10, which would mean I'm as strong for the meet but 2kg (or more hopefully) lighter.
Been pressing every day, never felt fucking better; all my shoulder discomfort is gone. I think I'm starting to get the push press dynamic, when I do it correctly my knees go foward, the weight is on the heels and I catch with my back

Thanks guys. Glad I'm ending the year strong with some good PRs. Front squat went from 235lb to 275 in 5 weeks and press went from 115x6 to 135x5 in 4 weeks. Hopefully I don't lose too much progress over the holidays from switching gyms, moving around, etc.

Had to do a fucking crossfit workout today cause the cunts wouldn't let me lift. finally convinced the owner to let me come in tomorrow before they open to train.
10x 20 seconds on 10 seconds off of rowing, pull ups, and OHP. whee.

today (thursday) bench something like 7-7-6-6-5 . hard to tell coz spotters here tend to cling to the bar. but pretty sure i got a solid 7 reps at long long last. not that i should be happyy of missing 2 sessions , again chinups 10 singles

that PT / college gym guy went into an insane hissy fit . i was doing that ankle stretch , half 3rd world squat, he runs up to me and says im going to injure myself, i laugh and explain its ok im not leaning on my knee/prostrate leg, just on my ankle, and he goes mental angry , i try to explain later on that i wasnt putting any weight on my prostrate leg and he just ignores me and rages, then he refuses to spot for me and later barks at me to put the bench press bench back under the squat rack (some distance away) rather than leave it at the bench press rack (lol what?), obviously trying to bully me into doing something crazy because hes a madman, i just say "i didnt get it from over there" and hes like DONT DO IT THEN BYE

Managed to convince owner of the crossfit here to let me come in before opening and do snatch/cj. was a bit tired and sore so just worked up to 255lb/295lb. Bars feel kinda weird, i've been spoiled with nice eleiko/DHS bars all time time :p. I'll go heavier tomorrow. maybe even squat!

"prostrate" means lying face down on the ground. Not prosthetic.
What are the corssfit bars? Rogue? some cheaper brand?
