I will probably be downloading the game today though, I just finished getting my newly built pc up and running last night. Tried front squats for the first time. Did about 70% of my current back squat and man it was tough. Also got 320 two inches off the floor twice (inch further than with 315 a week ago Monday when I failed! xD). I tried to channel my inner decaf again but it didn't work. The back of my hips has been bothering me for a couple weeks but it comes and goes and its not always sore/painful after a specific exercise either. Anyways, I'm pretty sure it gets sharp right when I break the ground and I'm really focused on lifting but the pain signal overrides what I'm thinking and I stop? Meh. Need to eat more anyways, losing weight ![]() | ||

Can already tell the muscles around my left shoulder blade are gonna be sooooooore. luckily i have tomorrow off for the bar and a ball game with guys at work. Slept 12 hours this night, fell asleep with my legs on the floor and my torso on the bed, arms extended holding onto a cellphone (was in the middle of a text). Woke up couple of hours later and had to take a piss, drank a caseinshake while i was up and went to bed again. Or actually I jumped back into bed to realize that where was a couple of weightplates under the duvet... god damnit homegyms @decaf, man I wish I could workout with someone who knows good form. would totally buy them dinners and drinks | ||

I've constantly asked other people who look like they know they're doing to spot me or check my form. It's just part of the gym community. You help each other out. You just need to relax and continue as normal. If you're worried about other members thinking you're coming on to underage girls then you should be old enough to know how to deal with stupid people. I usually get annoyed by chauvinistic comments, but that comment didn't bother me at all. The premise is simple: Hot girls that constantly seek your attention/ask for help are distracting. I think that's a universal. Phyre suggests that it's distracting enough for him to consider changing gyms which suggests that it's pretty damn distracting, since nobody likes changing gyms for no reason. The only way he won't change gyms is if the social benefits of girls flirting with him at gym outweighs the disadvantage of being distracted at gym. This would only be the case if the girls are of age, otherwise they're simply distractions. I dunno, like I said it didn't come across chauvinistic to me. You could replace the "hot girls distraction" with a "loud weightlifters distraction" and "social benefits" with "training benefits" and the gist of post would be pretty much the same. | ||
