If you are calculating your calories to the hundred spot and keep track of what you are eating you probably know how your body responds to food. I was originally just taking issue with the advice as given to novices who are tiny and want to get bigger. Vast majority of people don't calculate their calories, or if they do, they do it incorrectly. I have never calculated calories. I just eat as much as I can within my eating window and can drop weight very quickly if I stop. Exactly, which is way you stopped but zulu kept going on for no reason.

![]() By the way, how accurate are these online calorie calculators based on the Mifflin-St. Jeor equation (e.g., http://www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html)? Are they generally a good guideline?

I'd almost say it's harder than lifting the weights. ![]() By the way, how accurate are these online calorie calculators based on the Mifflin-St. Jeor equation (e.g., http://www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html)? Are they generally a good guideline? They're a good enough starting point. Eat what they tell you for a couple weeks, and if you're not happy with what your weight is doing, adjust by 300-500 calories, up or down, depending on what exactly you're not happy with.

When me and many people sotopped eating colesterol and reduce satured fat, my own colestorol dropped 240 to 180, as I get older is still dropping. I was over weight, even doing some exercise. Now my BMI is 22, no matter how much I eat. So I have strong reason to believe that the food industrie is buying these changes in recomendations. sorry, but is too evident. Like wut
