2nd - 4th of each qualifier earns an invite to the US Finals (not paid )
As far as sending any other players to the WCG Grand Final, that is probably not an option seeing as WCG makes each country pay for every player they send to the finals.
US Finals are still in the process of being secured, but it will probably be at the beginning half of October.
WCG Grand Finals are in Kunshan City, China - all that info is on the main WCG website.
makes perfect sense to me
so wait is there going to be a US Finals LAN event this year? Maybe one back on the East Coast since we missed it last year
Then that guy Mike can come..............

I'm wondering, are a lot of semi-pros/low level pros going to enter for this?
What I mean is, that NASL qualifiers and MLG are going to be taking place around this time.
HOWEVER, MLG is going to be stacked the tee with Koreans everywhere. Genuinely, most of us Americans don't have a chance whatsoever, besides the highest tier of us. NASL will follow the same idea of lots of Koreans and strong pro-gamers.
Mostly, you'll go to MLG and NASL qualifiers as a learning experience, because it's a long shot to consider yourself the guy that will breakout during MLG/NASL.
However, lower level teams should definitely prefer this tournament to MLG or NASL because the competition is the least prestigious and thus less of the better players would be there. In fact, it will probably be stacked with a bunch of master league players.
So I mean... Most players that aren't being forced to go to MLG by sponsors would totally prefer this tournament, wouldn't they?

Lmao, so much fail with tournaments overlapping, dont get why they cant do a weeknight tournament or over a couple weeknights insted of them trying to make players play 2-3 tournaments in 1 weekend. WCG has been a complete joke since they made the players pay for their travel. Wont be watching any of it anymore since there is a million better sc2 tournaments out there nowdays
