It's getting ridiculous that people jump on someone because they see them BM once or twice and start going on some bullshit witch hunt. Half the people featured on TL BM more than desRow from what I've seen as I like to watch around. That doesn't mean you start shitting up their legitimate threads with your personal opinions, if anything people who have actual, "BM" problems should be addressed and I'm not going to point any fingers but it's more than obvious who those people are.
DesRow is just trying to do his thing and from watching him over time I'm actually incredibly impressed by his progress as a player and if anything he should be proof that with enough dedication you may not be winning tournaments, but you'll at least have the foundation needed to get to that point if you pour enough work and dedication into it.
Let the haters hate desRow, you do your thing and I'm sure you'll accomplish your goals.

Good luck getting to Korea Desrow, your stream is one of the best, even more so when you are talking and commentating what you are doing.
I saw a sudden change in the stream when Desrow didn't make Grandmaster this season but it is great to see you are getting really serious about Starcraft 2 now, even if the stream is a little quieter.
I am guessing Korea would be an amazing experience and the food should be really good for you as well.
People who go on about him yelling while coaching just don't get it, on rare occasions, he gets excited and yells when he says to do something and they just don't do it. It is quite amusing to watch at times, it pushes important points but he is never disrespectful to the students. Watching the lessons he shows online, I think he does a pretty good job for most students. I think he once said something about really trying to brand certain points on someone so they really get it - and maybe the repeated excitement gets that done.
Last time I looked, he had some sample coaching sessions on his site, People can watch them to know the style of coaching he has, to see if it would suit them.

Well said, any BM I have ever seen is a rarity, in context, usually amusing and not really an issue.
He usually has a mods no ban policy in Chat and puts up with a lot of rubbish from lame trolls in there before giving someone a flick from chat.

Who's desrow? Oh yeah VT...

Go desRow. I support you even if you are a little bm. what i like about desrow is that he's very consistent, comments his stream, hes funny and usually streams in the morning Eastern time. I get to wake up and drink my morning coffee while watching.

Without doubt you're obnoxious at certain points, but nonetheless I hope you the best of lucks in your future endeavours. Progaming is just to much pressure in general, kudos to you sir.

Despite not being a tier 1 pro, I believe desrow has the best interests of e-sports at heart. He coaches and treats his students with respect, helping broad the SC2 audience and puts up great showmatches on his own dime.
I will definitely be following these showmatches
The last one vs BratOK was great, even though it didn't quite go the way you probably hoped.
GL in your future endeavors!

How is desrow a pro player when he isn't even in GrandMaster North America or Europe server? Fucking pathetic. Also LOL at competing in Korea with the top players in the world...

Theres a lot of great players not in GM this season due to ridiculous competition between top players/hackers for single slots. I've had a top 15-50 GM even match MMR for about 2 months on 3 different accounts and I still haven't gotten in. Players like Axslav, Machine, Etc aren't in GM.
In fact, the vast majority of players who got into GM are fail this season, at least 100 of them. Classic "rising mmr" or w/e the heck its called for baddies who massgame like lMtStallion.

I heard pretty bad stories about desRow's attitude against his ex-students he coached... I hope you do well, and I hope you improve attitude to those people.
Good luck!

Been watching Des for months. He's a good caster, always in touch with his fans, he does get angry and gets frustrated, but who doesn't?
I appreciate some people don't rate him too highly, or seem to like to make personal comments, but he's trying to improve and get better with every day of play. Every pro started low and had to learn and train over time, he's doing just that. And given his schedule and rate of practice, he's serious about it.
We should support other SC2 players. I've never understood why other's insult people, do you feel better about yourselves? It's harmful, and to be honest, makes the e-sports community look immature, and pathetic. Constructive criticism is one thing, but weight jokes are just sad. Some kids here need to grow up and mature a bit.
