I guess I should have tried more with the game during the open beta. I really dislike that it's subscription based though. I think CREDD is an interesting idea, but I don't expect it to be reasonably priced. By challenging I cant pull my WoW ingrained leveling strat of TAG ALL THE MOBS AND SPAM AOE UNTIL ITS ALL DEAD. I can really only pull 1 MAYBE 2 mobs at a time. The only class that doesn't seem to have this problem is Warrior which gets the luxury of 3-4 mobs instead. Subscription stuff never bothers me. It usually helps me lose weight because then I don't feel as obligated to go out to eat . I'm working an install most of the weekend, so I'll be able to give more of a write up come tuesday or wednesday. No promises though, I'll likely be busy engorging on E3. I never got into the WoW addiction/habit. I still don't get the hype behind WoW, but one day I will play it and see what the fuss is all about(if it ever goes free to play, and I find a group of people to play with). I think that if you play WoW now you still won't get what all the fuss was about lol. I played WoW back in vanilla all the way up to WotLK, and what really hooked me was that they were doing a lot of stuff that other MMOs weren't at the time. Now every MMO has what WoW has and then some, it holds up now just because it's base is so solid imo. I fucking loved Kharazan. That was such a creative raid experience. Yeah, a lot of the older raids really stand up to the test of time, even after spending countless hours beating my head in Karazhan trying to get further and further, I still only have fond memories of it. I don't think a lot of other MMOs have had dungeons and such that really live up to the ones WoW has had.

Kara was a good 2 years of my life. Every saturday. On 3 different toons. I can STILL quote all those bosses and I still have nightmares of that place because of how much time I spent in it. Never. Again. I still have an active WoW sub. I don't think It'll ever drop tbh. I log in and do something at least once a month so It's pretty much worth it. 7 or 8 level 90s, with 3 legendary cloaks and highest iLVL of 559. Pretty much played way too much of that game. I broke the 1m gold mark somewhere at the beginning of the Mists.

Time for you to enjoy how amazing LoL casters are!! Or in reality, time to see how lacking LoL casters are in comparison to other gaming streams. QQ
Also time to find the streamers who are entertaining without having to watch the streams directly.

If you want to try before you buy, there are seven day guest passes stuff available. You might want to check in on the TL thread for NA guest passes. I assume most of the older ones are taken, but might want to try them out just in case

Ah good point. What do you do when there are no OGN games to watch though? We need more TL OGN viewing parties on vent. Too bad you don't understand Chinese because I hear the Chinese casters for LPL stuff are hilarious/ all about the real talk

I wish I knew how much effort it would take to farm the subscription credit in game. I really don't want to drop 15 a month on a game, but at the same time I don't really see myself playing the shit out of an MMO again, so if quite a bit of dedicated playing is required to do that then bleh.

It's easier to play more if there's people you want to play with!

I've looked around for the same thing actually. So far as I've seen, credds aren't released yet, so no way to check how expensive/inexpensive they are at the moment.
