You can pretty easily lose the last fight if you're not passive enough. And with the trillion HP of the boss I didn't exactly have the patience to play "hit and heal" (also eating an instant kill attack first turn when she switches to the set of requestable attacks and I didn't bother with Undine in the previous phases).

Still took super long. At least for once it was winning that took most of the time, rather than trying to fill the encyclopedia. That's probably the longest part of my playthrough overall.

She does that? I thought she was purely defensive. Ah well. Chaining Salamander (to reduce the time spent attacking to build SP in case of healing needed) and Spica was a pretty big part of the dps anyway.

Tower wars was always the best in wc3. And their 1v1/4v4 is a lot of fun too. Sc2 is just so serious. We could 4v4 sc2 losers gotta take shots or slam their drinks

Battleship was a nice map, also. Also Vampirism was hilarious.

Would also play Age of Myths (another AoS; always stayed away from the DotA games because the RoC version colored my bias and there was so much elitist/banning bullshit; no you can't download the map in lobby n00b, boot. Granted, being part of a LotR map clan I wasn't that much better so...).

I agree with you with that giant thread aspect. It doesn't help that the majority of the people who post in GD are essentially a separate entity from this thread now.
