How do I explain a real life friend that he is not going to be invited to play with the 'tryhard' ranked 5x5 team? Actually, there are two of them... sigh.
One of them is the casual wannabe support player that only plays 5 or 6 games total per week and hasn't kept up with the last 3 patch changes. He makes laning an awful 1v2 for your team's AD and prefers to play super high skillcap Janna that only ults to save herself and shields right after the trade to beautify his Ashe with Janna's cute wind bubble. Oh, and don't forget that he gets offended when he dies 3 times in a row for no reason and we ask him to play more passively. He then exaggerates and zones himself by staying miles behind the AD in lane so he will be 2-3 levels behind the enemy bot lane and gets one shotted by the enemy solos because they will be even further ahead of him.
The other is the typical 'I play carry only but always lose lane hard' type of player who thinks he is the very best of what the human race has to offer. He will always play another champ and another carry position each new game to make sure he won't get better at anything. The worst thing is his whiny attitude that castrates the team in terms of morale when he starts to cry and scream like a soldier that just stepped on a claymore during war. Remember: he never loses lane but rather gets hard countered. Almost every fucking game. So it's only logical that he will proceed to feed 10 kills before 20 minutes to dramatically emphasize how fucking hard he got counterpicked.
So for once I wanted a decent premade and thus invited only the better people of our playgroup and so far we had a decent start already with really close and intense games. Something I am 99,99% sure will be unachievable if I had either of these two on the team. They are on the other ranked 5x5 teams as well and have cost us a ton of games already, but it's k, these are the teams we are used to dick around with. Any tips are appreciated. This is so sad right now.

I feel for you man but your' friends are toxic players. If someone knew a procedural way to correct their behaviour then we wouldn't need a Tribunal. Some people learn eventually (grow up) but you can't count on it. There are many things that work for behaviours like this but they can also blow up. These include:
- Isolation - Guilting - Rational Talk - Criticism
But without intense periods of times to find out why your' friends act out this way, I wouldn't recommend trying any of the above. They are lost. Let us hope they are found someday.

Don't tell your real life friends that you play LoL. Or give them a fake smurf acc and tell them that you barely play. Or make new friends.

Another thing I thought of. Tell them that everyone on the team needs to make a "personal commitment for self-improvement" and that they will need to be open to criticism without getting upset?

Goddamnit. Can someone log into my account so I can't play while I'm fucking like this. I want to play but I'm way too fucking emotional to play without fucking the game for the 9 other people. I know I tried the last few days and fucked up those. I would greatly appreciate it if someone did this for me even though I'm a low post lurker TL is a safe place for me

Leona and Yorick decide that they're going to go two top. Of course Ez gets destroyed bottom, and Leona and Yorick lose against a lone Yorick. Wowzas.

I hate playing Tristana when the enemy team has two assasins: Rengar and Akali. I get out of one of them.. nope here comes the other. 46 minute game where Akali is 26-12 and I'm 12-6/7. I guess it would have been wrong for her to lose after raping my team so hard.

You literally cannot stop people from diving in 1v5. You can't. And they blame everyone else anyway.

Ugh teams are too heavy to carry. Some workout needed

shields right after the trade to beautify his Ashe with Janna's cute wind bubble.

On other note, had a person call "mid first", then the second teh game started said "Don't feed khazix's" Kha'ziks goes mid, goes like 5-0 against the lux. Kha' ends the game like 17-5. lol.
