EVERY SINGLE TIME you are in champ select and have thoughts like "Uh, let's hope xy" / "That xy last game..." / "Rofl that comment that guy has to suck" you are not playing your A-Game. I assume it's the combination of: -No communication (and there I mean e.g. "Oh, I thought he will do xy but did blabla instead") resulting in failcascades. -People dragging rage and negativity from 10 games into their current one and letting off steam on people for no reason. -The rather high volume most people put in which means "losing" and "winning" become important values for them. -The general ego-related stuff. It doesn't help that as you get higher from 1400-1600 you start seeing repeat players more and more often. Sometimes there's just that one guy who is just fkterrible and ruins every single one of ur games without fail. For example, huangyuankai is a tryn player who has like over 1k games with tryn. the dude never talks, never works with team, always feeds. only time he'll talk is 40+ minutes into the game to say something like "you are all suck" and that will be all he ever says. whenever i see that dude on my team (happeneds like 3-4 times) i just instantly go on tilt.

When you say "getting carried" do you mean like "there's no possible way we could have won this game without our malzahar" or "this malz did what he was supposed to do, got kills and such, but I still did OK as X champion?" I tend to really only use the term "carried" when its a total hard carry, dragging your teammates kicking and screaming to victory. I mean that as long as your team isnt actively feeding, someone else is going to play well enough to ensure you win and you wont have to go 20-0 to win. Like your bot lane ad carry ends up with early damage items or an ap carry gets really fed so you dont have to rely on going 1v5 to win.

Instalock heal fort trynd, always win never die huehuehuehue!!!!
It's because of players like you guys that he stays there though. If everyone in his games just immediately said "fk this guy" and left or intentionally fed, I guarantee he would tank to like 200 elo.
edit: this isn't meant to be insulting, actually a positive thing. the majority of people (minimum 50%) are good enough or nice enough to carry him otherwise he would drop.

This may be tough to stomach, but he may be doing something retarded but managing to stay consistently mediocre by playing smarter than his strat.

Not really. Honestly, I think he's only managing to stay this elo because he plays tryn. Literally what he does, is just do nothing but afk farm random lanes, not giving a shit if he gets ganked. He basically just nonstop farms/push lanes for 30-40 minutes. Ends up with scores of like 2-9-0 and stupid shit like that. But because he's playing tryn, if the rest of the team can simply just stay alive for 40 minutes in a 4v5, the game will probably be won 'cuase he'll just come back wiht like 2 PD, IE, LW and some retardedly stacked build.
In short, all games over 40 minutes he will win. Everything under he will lose. Guaranteed. At this elo, people aren't good at finishing games sometimes so he can maintain a 50% winrate and stagnate his elo.
It's really really annoying because he's not even good at afkfarming. He will get ganked and he will feed. At least every time I've played with him. It's just that since he's playin tryndamere, at some point in late game, he can literally 1a2a3a into the enemy base and win. Especially since at this elo teams don't like to bring exhaust (flash/ignite es #1) and like 80% of players will never think to build a thornmail/randuins. I also think it's worth mentioning that every time I've played against him, I've beaten him.
There are some genuinely godawful players at all elos who plain got carried there and then just stagnate by maintaining a 50% winrate, which, given matchmaking, is pretty easy to obtain.

Get a couple of good ranked games in a row, then suddenly a whole bunch of trolls appear in my solo queue. Blitz, Eve and Yi with revive and just running into the enemy base/team over and over.

Farm all day and then go around murdering everyone?

Oh AND my 100% win rate with GP and WW were ruined today by trolling noobs. Raging so hard right now....

Ok I usually don't rage after losing but I need to vent here. Just played a game where I was bot lane Taric with an Ashe vs Corki/Soraka. This Ashe fucking did not understand the concept of last hitting. And not your standard "a-move and autoattack every creep" type, that probably would've been better. The whole early game she would wait in the bushes and occasionally fire arrows at Corki, drawing all creep aggro, and doing essentially 0 damage to him which Soraka would just heal. Later on once Corki started clearing the wave fast she would just stand at turret, wait for the creeps to come to our tower, and proceed to miss EVERY LAST HIT. I would hit all of the ranged minions once so she could auto for the last hit after the tower, and then she would volley all of them so the tower killed them one by one.
It didn't help that top and mid also lost lanes, but I don't understand how someone could be so bad. Right before we surrendered she had just boots2 and IEdge. Corki had Boots2/Dblade/Manamune/Triforce/Last Whisper. Like WTF do you do in this situation? Should I have just taken all the last hits myself and tried to Taric carry or something? Game was at 1600 Elo, Ashe was 1400 (maybe duo queue cuz our first pick also sucked ass but he was around 1600 too so idk).

Aaaarggghhhhhhh
Reach 1872.
Proceed to lose 5 games in a row, 4 of which I was doing pretty damn well in. The highlights:
Queue into Crs Jsura and Ily Mm on my team. Jsura goes Nidalee vs Garen top, feeds first blood and goes 0-4. Ily goes and tries to gank top, their jungle Rammus comes to assist and Garen gets a double kill and double buff. Jungle Rammus ganks me 5 times mid and I'm too dumb to buy 1 ward for each side (so he keeps pulling flash powerballs from the other side). Thus begins the tilting.
Go 4-1 on Noc including a first blood on their jungle Olaf that takes both buffs from him before 5 mins and a top lane Garen that goes 4-0 to open the game ... yet mid/bot feed too hard and we surrender by 20.
Go 11-3 on Morde with a Noc that's like 10-1 and 3 people that are barely coherent. We've literally won the game. Noc is mid taking an inhib with no tower and 3 or 4 of us are bottom taking their last base tower/inhib. Noc decides to try to 3v1 a pretty farmed up Corki, Taric, and somebody else on their team. Gets fucked up the ass. Rest of the team (myself included) then gets caught and equally fucked because they have Rammus, Cho, and Taric so it's literally impossible to run from their team. Lose a game that was LITERALLY over because Nocturne is too fucking stupid to not 3v1 their team.
Holy fucking shit do I hate this game sometimes. Out of the 4 games I played well, I literally had 3 competent teammates among the possible 16 people.

A sidenote to the above: is it just me or is Ily REALLY shitty at Warwick for it being like the only hero he plays?

How to play versus fuckin yorick solo top? I tried irelia, xin, nasus and akali and he so frikin hardcounters me its ridicoulous.
His ghouls cost 0 mana and he lifesteals 100 per hit jesus. HALP

L O L ... the tilting continues.
Down 110 elo in 2 days. Let's see if we can keep it going!
|
Ily's pretty amazing at WW IIRC, prolly caught him either in a bad game or got boned in some of his early ganks which set him too far back.

ilymm #1 5 zeal xin build.

Every single ranked game, someone on my has to make it their personal mission to feed/afk/go full retard and ruin it. No matter how hard I try. Oh my goodness. I am truly stuck in Elo Hell. This is so painful.

I cannot believe how he makes me rage. Morde, yorrick, stupid stuff like those who can farm but end up unwillingly harrassing. And I'm not even overextending. I'm tower hugging and doing my best to save the tower from the creeps but nope, life steal.
Best part is, the top rated guides on mobafire aren't even listing counters cuz they don't know of any, and riot suggests to smite his minions.
