Not "no chance", but his best shot.
Lategame terran got nerfed, and infestor got "buffed" overall (the instant fungal access makes the unit better imho)
As for ByuN (Die4Ever post), he has a high ceiling but his wrists get in the way too often
Cure's TvZ is not super impressive either I'd say, only Clem looked better than Maru in the MU prepatch (imo)

Also idk but maru has looked pretty horrible the last few games ive seen (outside of the kr royal). Maybe he just has a form low rn.

He played well in g1 I think. Map is huge so 8rax all-in seems risky, Scarlett could always take the opposite base as 4th/5th and the gold strat from Maru was clever but ended up not being enough
g2 is not supposed to work because zerg can stall forever with either queens or lings + creep while you only have 1 or 2 stim, I wonder which zerg he practiced with that told him it was a good enough build to use in the GSL

He did a Hellbat timing, into a 3 base 8-rack timing in one of the biggest map. The guy doesnt want to play anything past mid-game at this point.

The map pool is mostly what's zerg friendly, the patch is kinda neutral for zerg but nerfed terran.
Patch is quite good for protoss imo, they seem a lot stronger in both PvZ and PvT
We'll see in the coming weeks with the various tournaments though

Map pool might be wont comment yet, i dont think patch is neutral for zerg in zvt the bane nerf for sure shifted things.
