you can compare them, you just need to know in the back of your head that foreigner ratings are a little bit inflated compared to korean ratings. This is what I mean by interpreting the numbers.
the ratings will never be 100% accurate anyway, even for korean players. For example Rogue will always be underrated by the system because it doesn't take into account that he unlocks special powers when he's in the later stages of a big tournament.

I'm just confused as to how Solar could get caught off guard by Reynor's attack on his third and let him take such a good position since Reynor walked under his overlords.
