Rogue: best bo5/bo7 strategist and most clutch player
Serral: highest baseline level / most consistent player

Even though Serral dropped out early, i would agree with this.

People sleep on TIME alot because you don't see him that often and because Aligulac overlooks China but he's the real deal. He's my pick as the best foreign Terran and has been for years now.

There's really no argument for TIME as best foreign Terran in 2020: even only looking at international events, Clem outperformed him in every single one of them (except summer global where they were tied).

But props to TIME for his recent results, for sure. He did great here, and his performances in other recent tournaments, like WTL, are also fantastic!

Which Blizzcon and what peak are you talking about? oO Superconfused person here.

Edit> Checked for Blizzcon or Kato matches only. But honestly, they play each other since 2019...

He was confused. It was about 2 months before Blizzcon at Asus ROG 2019 that Time took Serral to match point. He really had him dead but managed to throw his lead.

I can't quite recal what happened next, but JD is such a legend, so intense, so smart, so fast, so popular, the greatest programmer OF ALL TIME, there's no way he didn't win. So that's one more occurence.
