I don't think that's a unique characteristic of disruptors at all. Wouldn't argue that it necessarily means they're good or bad but they're hardly unique in being a unit that can give a game-winning advantage very quickly.

But why would you even talk about a player who is
1) not in the current game/series;
2) no longer in contention for the title of the current tournament;
3) not part of a discussion that benefits any players that are present in the current game (i.e Reynor and Dark)
There is literally no need to bring up Serral, he lost to a player who isn't even the strongest in the tournament, he's not worth talking about now.

The time in which they do it is way different than any other thing in the game. The reaction you require for them is way more than for any other unit in the game.
