Aside from the fact that people are overdoing it atm, I'd like to see your suggestions for Protoss buffs that actually improve things significantly against Zerg but cause no issues in PvT in the process. Because to me that doesn't sound very easy.

A research that makes Force Fields indestructible! Terran never destroys them and against Zerg Protoss gets more zone control in fights.

I agree, that's not easy and I don't think I have the answer.
I sincerely believe that TvZ is a well balanced matchup where maps make a relevant difference and seeing the reduced size of maps in TL's contests I would say Terran will fare better and better over the next seasons.
If you were to solve PvZ issues by nerfing Zerg, you could maybe try hitting Roaches and/or Ravagers that Terran have apparently no issues against if not for some cheese, while it seems me that Protoss are getting overwhelmed in the midgame a little too often; this could have an impact in the very enjoyable(haters gonna hate, nevetheless) ZvZ meta.
I think that Protoss could use a buff in the lategame where they seem to still have issues against Zerg and no real answer to BCs; it's also notable that PvP is perceived as a bad matchup by both progamers and viewers and that it rarely gets past one/two bases.
Which unit/s or abilities you should buff to give Protoss both a better chance against Zerg and an incentive to play longer PvP games, I don't know.
We can safely say Void Rays might get further improved and that maybe Adepts could need to be redesigned to be less annoying in early timing pushes while not getting hopelessly slaughtered by Roaches shortly after; a buff to Stalkers seem risky to me.
Thus said, my ideas could very well be wrong but we can't deny PvZ favors Zerg more than it would be legit atm.

Huh? What would that do besides make Archon drops strong again, and that wouldn't even really be a thing because the Queens still have 8 range to target the Warp Prisms with.

Warp Prisms also have the 'psionic' attribute.

That won't be a problem after queen range gets nerfed.

Roaches are pretty important for fighting mech, so it is a risky path.
