Thank you IEM!
I'm glad someone else has noticed the INTENSE levels of bias that some casters have had over certain players. It's gonna be a nightmare when Serral starts playing.
Really missing the relatively unbiased universal praise giving that Tastetosis provides.

Tastosis praise Serral endlessly (not that I have a problem with that), and Artosis has made it well known that he believes the SC2 GoAT is Serral, so I'm not sure what you mean.

When did he say that was his opinion? I remember him saying he'd be the goat if he won another Blizzcon or a GSL. Which I still think is overrating Serral's results but meh. I don't remember him saying that he's the goat with just his current results.

While they praise Serral, which I'm not saying people shouldn't, they make it a point to at least talk about the opponent.
In today's stream and especially earlier on with Clem, the entire cast mentioned their opponent like maybe for 30 overall seconds in the entire cast.
Praising good players is not a bad thing why should it be? Ignoring who they are playing ESPECIALLY when their opponent is a fucking former Blizzcon champion is just irritating and reaks of bias. Tastetosis are never guilty of of this level of bias. They always try and talk about both players even if they pick a favorite in the match up (and again that isn't a bad thing!)

I stopped watching when Reynor was 2-1 in the group (after he had just lost to Zest). It was hilarious to see his bravado (I practiced against Rogue and I crushed him) during the interviews and then watch him fail out of the group stages after having started brightly at 2-0.

I was 21 and wanted to drink "the finer things" and fell in love with whiskey naturally. I'm a bartender by trade and expanded my amateur knowledge a TON that way since the bar I used to work at had over 100 different kinds and I got acquainted with all of them. My favorite thing to do as a bartender other than make flashy drinks for girls, was to be snobby about scotch with bar patrons and help them pick out the perfect one they want. I definitely enjoy more than just a wee dram here and there, but I haven't gotten to a point where I've lost my ability to appreciate the subtle finer things in a tasting setting. you sound like the kind of bartender i enjoy! do you accept if someone buys a dram or shot or whatever for you, and do you like that or does it annoy you? one thing at tastings i don't really get is the people that have beer. i get drunk enough on Whisky and the beer just messes with my nose and tastebuds way too much. also blows my mind when a dude is super passionate about fine Whisky and then orders some cheap shit beer to drink with it That totally depends on what bar I'm working at. If the bar managers let me drink on the job (and most non-corporate places do because the customers pay more money that way) then I'd happily accept the drink. If I can't enjoy it, I'd politely refuse it and drop a subtle hint to just up the tip instead. And yea, if I'm drinking beer with my whiskey it means I'm drinking the beer for the flavor and the whiskey for the effect. If my goal is to taste and appreciate something, I'm having it by itself with plenty of water on the side to keep my pallette (and my senses) fresh. agree 100% thanks for the answer about drinking on the job. if i wanna treat the bartender i'll usually ask them if they're cool with it first but sometimes i'm not sure if they're just being polite when they accept it. do you get a lot of girls' numbers on the job? I actually did, but I'm the kind of guy that girls just want to be friends with. So I got plenty of drinking buddies and hung out at plenty of parties. I rarely got any dates or more out of them. After a while you stop caring about it. I'd rather have a nice tip and a smile vs a phone number (or more commonly an Instagram account) I'm probably not going to do anything with. i feel your pain about the friends part
i refuse the Instagram account whenever someone tries to offer it to me, with the honest reason that i don't use instagram. i don't get that in general. i'm asking for your number cause i wanna connect with you and you give me your narcissism platform? yeah thanks but no thanks

Thank you IEM! It took all this time for you to realize you hate non koreans and you love seeing them lose? Yes, Katowice has been the best tournament for that. You could have asked me, I have always had the answer!
Ey I dont hate non koreans. I love Scarlett, Time and Nice! And ShowTime and Special are cool. It is the over hype from casters toward certain players which makes me dislike them. Overhype usually done by disminishing the others. For example why no Armani games in the big stage? I bet you if he was EU or AM player he will be there at least once.

Casters do not decide who gets to play on the main stage, tho. I understand what you mean, in any of case; the absurd bias people on this forum have towards Maru made me appreciate him less than I probably should, for example.
