It's okay if Elazer was floating 2k minerals because Zest was always floating 1.5k/1.5k himself

I knew Zest in his current form wasn't among the best Koreans, but this series showed just how far away he is. Elazer played solid, nothing exceptional.

Elazer saying 3 of the top 5 ZvZ players are non Korean...I'm not sure if that's ridiculous or not

I would say his Sauron Zerg, multiple angle attacks in game 4 was pretty exceptional. Not many Zergs try to do that or are even capable of that.

we meme it up but EU ZvZ has been pretty strong for like 2 years even when compared to the Korean scene. He's probably right

Hard to know, Serral and Elazer don't play Koreans that often, but European ZvZ is legit.

This is bottom tier code S stats in the match up for more than a year. I doubt it'll ever be fixed and Zest runs are more dependant on the absence of Zergs on his path than anything else.

Well, they certainly get plenty of ZvZ practice.

Zest seemed like he only prepared for one game in that series, and that was game 1.

Good for Elazer for trying to do his best to balance out things with the anti-hype of his play.
why even

Ya, Elazer's 3 prong attack had Zest confused about how best to split up his army to respond, causing him to leave his Immortals exposed for a moment and the Zergling surround ended it.

It was a good idea and he executed it well. But that's hardly the first time a Zerg has attacked on several fronts, or used dropperlords.

Like I said, Elazer was solid. Zest on the other hand was making questionable decisions and unforced mistakes.

really only soO stands out to me for korean ZvZ, Dark is usually good vs foreigners but always loses to soO, i would say Rogue but then he lost badly to Scarlett... other than that maybe Solar? but he is also very inconsistent

That's why I'm unsure. soO and Dark aren't ZvZ slouches but that's ignoring solar, rogue, hell even Leenock has good ZvZ
