Does TY actually know how to mech? Legit question here. His approach is extremely questionable. He kept on trying to avoid a front confrontation and tried trade bases for army then he'll leave his own bases completely undefended and lose his eco. He also attached right before +1 finished (had around 7 sec, would've made a diff imo). TY is not a mech player, TBH I could see innovation as the only one actually playing proper mech. TY has the best late game ghost/lib control I have no idea why he used those comps he was clearly not comfortable using.
INno might have played proper mech with marine, marauders and medivacs.

He never practiced playing mech, he didn't play vs one of the best players in the world. He was actually winging it entire time, too. Maybe he shoul'dve actually kept all of his army defending the satelatie bases so he could've never left his half of the map and let Zerg get to a 5k/5k bank on 80 drones and win the game with ease? We will never know! The +1 mech atk would have made a difference tho.

Gumiho played better mech than INnoVation

Rogue victory at this BlizzCon was the best what could have happened for the scene. TY was mentioning, in case, he wins, he would retire. soO mentioned the same. So good that neither TY, nor soO need to retire now.

They got overpowered infestors, and the removal of the mothership core.

We will never know! Your sarcasm is overflowing. If this was one game, sure but last game, the same thing happened and even the game before that. Ling runbys, undefended bases with orbitals instead of planetary, trading army for hatcheries etc... From my perspective, his mech play is uninspired and he lost games that he would've won had he went bio.
Also, since do corrupters kill ground buildings like in game 4 for orbital? What the damage output?

Will the finals be now, or in an hour?

Zerg won tournaments this year and is about to win Blizzcon. You were saying?

His tries failed really badly though but I also thought they weren't done very well.
You mean sieging up just outside of range of a hatchery while SHs are on cooldown then waiting 20 sec until locusts are up to take the fight is not the way to do it??

Except for the fact that infestors are ridiculous
