Eligibility:
You must be a citizen of Australia, New Zealand, Canada or the United States of America, or be physically living in the mentioned countries. Server priority is based on region, so for example a player like Scarlett, living in Korea, but Canadian, would be eligible to play but will receive no special treatment for her current location (Korea) regarding servers.
Format:

Tournament #1: AU/NZ Players only (Top 2 qualify)
Tournament #2: NA players only (Top 2 qualify)
Tournament #3: Open qualifier (Top 4 qualify)
Tournament #4: Playoffs (Ro8 -> Finals)
The 3rd tournament is perhaps the most important out of all of them, as the majority of player representation will determine server preference in the finals. (Example: If 5/8 players are AU/NZ then server default will favour them in the finals. Same said if it's 6/8 NA players, server preference will go to them.)
Prize:
Each event Matcherino will provide up to $100 in coupon codes. BaseTradeTV will provide $300 in addition to the finals. Additional funds per qualifier will be split evenly among the qualified players. The Grand Finals prize pool will be split as follows:
1st - 40%
2nd - 20%
3rd/4th place - 10%
MEGA TAX - 10%

At the very least, his nation totally fits. And that would mean DemiLove would be eligible, which makes a difference competitively.

India was at some point part of the British Empire. Perhaps include them too?
I guess that would also include Hong Kong and Singapore too. Hmm.

The Open qualifier remains where it is, however and anyone from CAN/USA/NZ/AUS are welcome to compete in it!

Any player in any league can compete, you just have to either have been born in the listed regions, or be physically living there. Example: A chinese player living in Canada can compete, or a Canadian player living in China.
The importance of the Open qualifier is that it will decide what server is the default server for the play offs.
