Honestly I can't even imagine this being remotely balanced. Terran could float to a real base and Zerg expansions are cheaper (albeit more important). And Protoss has no counter potential because that's not even enough minerals for a good all-in. | ||

I think for Bandarlog, it's worth considering that this is super experimental, and I love the concept with the caveat of potentially changing the numbers on the minerals before use in the ladder.
