I had an american drumteacher a few years back, and when he asked "How are you?" and I said "Well", he waited for like 20 seconds, because he thought I was just starting a sentence with "well....". :p | ||

I agree, was just pointing out that the existing grammar rules do no rule out the use of good. Urban dictionary is probably the most updated dictionary out there, because it reflects what people actually say and what they mean by it. | ||
